The shower space in the room is quite limited and dark. Most hotels, unfortunately, now have these automatic coffee machines for breakfast and the coffee is average at best. I know a barista may be expensive, yet it would lift the entire hotel.

I liked the location, the room setup and available amenities. It is great to see that the aircon termperature control actually works. The poolside is great, overlooking the golf course.

They should designate a smoking area in their hotel. Seemed like it was okay. to smoke anywhere in the hotel area as long as it was outdoor.

My 3rd time in this hotel. I always travel and book this hotel with my family. The hotel has a kids facility with a theatre room, toys and even a string hammock for kids to relax. This time, we booked the studio suite as we had 3 adults and 2 children, and it was super spacious, enough room for the kids to run around. We travelled on national day weekend and the price was quite steep but understandable since it was last minute booking. There is another indoor pool on the 10th floor, the place has a gym, game area and sauna room. The staff Sularto assisted me and my daughter quite kindly and made sure we had everything we need for us to relax. The location of this hotel is near to city centre as well, about 15-20mins away from places you may want to visit with kids such as Batam Zoo, Pollux mall (indoor playground), Grand mosque, Next level Gold Coast Beach area cafe, Batam Central spas. I am so pleased with this hotel. We loved the breakfast, the pool is relaxing with a great view, there's archery for kids in the hotel as well and arts and crafts activities. Highly recommend if you don't mind spending a bit. The only downside was we were at the 15th floor and it was super hot in the walkway to our room, there was no aircon and the housekeeping did not clean our room when we were out the whole day.

The shower floor was mouldy, iron was not clean and burned a hole through my expensive outfit (for my anniversary dinner), and yeah that was it.

Check in process was over complicated. Service at the bar was slow.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The room and hotel facilities were great. We did not realise the facilities available at 10th floor (pool & recreation) - that should be highlighted to guests at check in.

It was a good gesture that the front desk staff ask about our stay, and even gesture to provide complimentary cake in view of our celebration, when having breakfast the next morning. Till now, not even a single candle. The rooms facing the pool have to withstand noise from the pool.

The hotel provided a luxury feel. There is free parking and inhouse Starbucks.

The air conditioning in the gym was weak, and it got a bit warm and stuffy in the late afternoon. The sound system in the table tennis room seemed to be spoilt.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious for 2 people, with a large lounge chair in addition to 2 beds. The shower was good. Please note the bathroom and bedroom are one big room, with no door in between. The gym was well equipped. The pool was clean, and the staff were friendly. They provided lots of free mineral water on request,

Would be nice to have some sort of "specials" for lunch or dinner. Something not on the regular menu would be nice. Water pressure for the handheld showers could be a little bit stronger and the heat from the common corridors can be a bit overwhelming on hotter days.

Good selection for buffet breakfast, a la carte menu for lunch and dinner was well balanced with a nice variety to choose from. The rooms were nice and well maintained, overall ambience was welcoming and pleasant
