Also, why can't they invest in a few decent coffee machines? some proper barista coffee, and good quality beans are simply an expectation these days. The coffee that was available was terrible, and a standard that you would expect from a petrol station in Australia. Every other cafe has great coffee, so we went out for breakfast most days.
Lovely staff, good central location but tucked away from the main road which was nice. Pool was lovely, gym was a decent size too.

Couldn’t fault our stay, booked this last minute as our Airbnb fell through after we arrived in Bali 🫠 but it actually worked out for the best because our stay at the Radisson was amazing! The location, facilities and staff were excellent! We also got lucky with our room and had the most incredible ocean views over the cliff.

South AfricaNothing too serious but the resort could do with a bit more activities for the kids other than the pool. Also, the spa is 3 to 4 times more expensive than the spas just down the road offering similar quality service.
The resort certainly have that premium, luxury touch. The rooms are modern, and the bed the most comfortable I've slept on. Also the property is centrally located. It is a bit of a drive from the main street, but thats the tradeoff if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. They also have a schuttle to and fro to pedang beach, so pretty convenient. Anyway, for me and my family it was a good balance.

Bobby was super attentive and absolutely amazing during our stay! Saw me walking to the hotel recognised me and picked me up to give me a lift back :)
