The location is superb on a lovely beach Peaceful and quiet The facilities were excellent, especially the spa where you could book a treatment without waiting at all! The staff were impeccably trained and welcoming every day as though we were the only guests! The food was next level with 3 restaurants and all excellent!

Our mattress was very very hard in villa 42.

Nice location. The staff was great and took care of our requests. Food was also nice, particularly the Asian restaurant that served a good variety of food options, including vegetarian. The view of the ocean was great. Breakfast is ala carte menu with decent options. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I found the beds too firm.

The resort is beautiful, the design and layout, the pools, the service and the fantastic staff. It is a very relaxing place to stay nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast staff were always there with a smile and the food and service at the three restaurants was great.

We didn’t stay longer

We’ve travelled extensively throughout Indonesia and across many Southeast Asian destinations, often staying in 5-star resorts where possible, and Qunci Villas easily ranks in our top three. Everything about this resort was exceptional. With three stunning infinity pools and three outstanding restaurants to choose from, every moment felt special. Whether enjoying breakfast while watching surfers in the morning or dining beachfront as the sun set in the evening, the views were breathtaking. Our pool villa was equally impressive, offering comfort, style, and privacy. Most importantly, the staff, from security to management, were warm, welcoming, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. A very special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to Jo, Quali’s restaurant manager; Boy, the executive chef; Sodik, the sous chef; and Hery, our favourite waiter. They went above and beyond to organise, prepare, and coordinate a spectacular five-course degustation meal tailored to our dietary requirements for my wife’s 60th birthday. Their attention to detail, culinary skill, and genuine care made it an unforgettable celebration. I can’t recommend Qunci Villas highly enough; I’ll be sharing this gem with family and friends, and we will definitely return.

We loved everything.

We loved everything. The location was just outside of sengiggi and in the middle of great beaches and close to the city but nice and quiet. The beachfront was beautiful and the pools and lounge areas were peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Our villa and surrounding resort area was very clean and well landscaped and the attention to details made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The spa and spa services was very nice. The staff was the best part about this place. They were so friendly and helpful and did everything they possibly could to make our stay a great one. There were 3 restaurants and we had a great experience at all of them. The food was fresh and delicious along with the breakfast which was included and had lots of choices. They offers great themed evenings including traditional Balinese dance and Indonesian food night that was authentic and beautifully presented. We wools Recommend this place again and again.

Bedroom was nice, however, felt the bathroom/shower was a let down. Felt dark and boring. There was a huge space vacant next to the outside shower. Desperately needs some greenery. The bathroom needs lightening up. Weirdly, had no TV in the room. There's no ability to let light into the room without having everyone walk past the windows and gawk in. The windows need a 2 curtain rod with some sheer curtains to allow light in but enough to stop people from being able to see in. The room felt claustrophobic with the blinds all closed.

Resort is very beautiful. Staff were all lovely. Pool area nice to laze by. Had a relaxing afternoon by the pool, watching the sunset. Treated ourselves to a body scrub. Felt clean and refreshed. 😌 Resort uses an app to provide information on the Resort and to be able to book things. Worked flawlessly. Bed was large and comfortable.

A true 5* resort. Staff were the most attentive and accommodating I’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble, they thrive to make your stay perfect. Loved the breakfast boxes for when we had an early start on our last morning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel area was beautifully maintained. The rooms are cleaned properly every day, there is even someone coming over just to put refreshment spray. There are three pools, which have a wonderful view to the sea with its waves. The menu offered a wide variety of different dishes. We were really happy with our stay, totally recommend!

WiFi sometimes was usable, very slow and kept dropping out

Firstly the staff, everyone of them was amazing. Super friendly, would talk to you about your day and to learn about the country you were from. Some of them even wanted help to improve their English or learn some slang, it feels like they really do love their job. The massages are amazing and very good prices. The rooms are amazing, cleaned daily with very comfy beds. Every restaurant on the resort is amazing. The front desk is there to help with anything/queries you might have. Recommend getting airport pick up and drop off with them

Quinci Villas is absolute heaven - an incredible hotel with beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and the most amazing sunsets. The staff are all so friendly and helpful (especially wonderful Enggar). I had the most brilliant time and will definitely be back.

1/ Bathroom is a little tired, toilet didn't properly flush, a large crack in the sink. 2/ No bar, i.e. to sit before or after the meals. There are just three restaurants. Plus, if you do want to have a decent table you need to book in advance (no-one told us about it when checking in and for the first evening we couldn't get a table until late). We were at Quinci not at the highest season, so I anticipate when the hotel is fully booked it would be even harder to find a seat. 3/ Hard to get properly spicy sambals, but quite predictably so - the common perception is that tourists need their "spicy food" not very spicy))))

Beutiful grounds, very friendly most of the staff, comfortable villa, very clean. Good choice of breakfast (not buffets though), lovely food in all three restaurants. A complimentary yoga sessions were very good (need to beeok in advance)

The restaurant staff didn’t provide the same level of hospitality as the hotel staff. They were slow and unresponsive, but all well mannered.

Very well setup, swimming pools and view were great, as were the rooms. The hotel staff were exceptional.

The added tax of 21% on top of everything, made it expensive. We stayed for 4 nights but not sure why our bathroom towels were never changed.

The swimming pools were beautiful. The location on the beach was great. Loved the vista! The ocean view room was spacious.
