The room I stayed in (level 5) needs an upgrade. Abit run down. Needs a fresh paint job and a whole new bathroom. The towels were worn out so definitely need new ones. I guess you get what you pay for. A little changes here and there will go a long way though.

The rooms are not in the best condition, and could definitely be cleaner! Also the rooms are not sound proofed, it would be hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is very close to the heart of Kuta. It was great value as we only booked for 1 night to be close to the airport for our late flight as we wanted to do a bit of shopping in Kuta before we left Bali. We were able to have a shower, freshen up, rearrange our bags in the AC before the short drive to airport.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the VFS Global Visa Application Center in Bali, the Quest Kuta Hotel by Aston is the best option for you to reserve. It was 5 minutes walking only from the hotel to the Park 23 Shopping Mall (VFS location). The hotel provides decent price with a standard room amenities. The room has enough space to storage your luggage. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

There was a private jacuzzi room on our toom but none of the staff told us if its working, out of order, or any information related to that facility inside our room until i found that it looks abandoned for long.

The location was near to the tourist commercials centre, the room was sound proof and spacious. I stayed at Junior suiye, for 50usd/night that was quite worthy.

Calls to prayer so loud especially so early in the morning. Meals at the restaurant rather scant and took a very long time to arrive. Lack of alternate restaurants nearby. Cost of a hotel driver to get to the airport 10 minutes away.

Very close to mosques and can be very noisy during the early morning,day and evening. I wish the room little bit cleaner because the floor is dirty. Otherwise is good.

Lovely balcony, but no balcony furniture. A little thing, but a soap holder at the bathroom sink would be useful.

I chose this hotel as it was walking distance to a clinic where I had treatment, also, there is a balcony, mini fridge and room service, which was important.
