The pool featured on booking.com was not available for the room I booked. Cleaning only took place twice a week. Only one chair to sit outside the room.

Breakfast available over an extended time period. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Requested ground floor room which was provided. Notified of late check in and family member was waiting up for me. Fortunate to be there whilst there were family celebrations occurring.

Great location—close to the main street but far enough to stay peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Staff were lovely and made the stay even better. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Would happily stay again.

Sheet and blanket on the bed were too short. Shower curtain allowed the bathroom floor to be wet, needed to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. A spot in the bathroom for toiletries bag would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, though limited in choice. Air conditioner was good, kept the room to the temperature needed. Location was good, close enough to the beach, markets and shops. Hot water was excellent.

The beds where not that comfortable, 1 bed made me itchy so had to sleep in another bed. No blankets on beds, bring your own shampoo and conditioner , where most hotels supply this. Price was a bit steep for a room with no fridge etc.

How they put the water heater kettle is under the clothes hanger and no electricity close by, so you need to move it around. Please be more thoughtful about it. Umbrella should be provided in such heavy rainy season. Amenities very minim, only small soap, not even toothbrush.

Walking down the laneway from the main street to the property was a bit unnerving as there were several Balinese men wig at the street money changer. While they didn't do anything as a single woman walking around they made me really uncomfortable.

I had the opportunity to stay in both a standard rook ( no pool access) and a pool access room. The pool access room felt bigger, had a fridge ( where the standard room did not) and having pool access was wonderful. The gardens are lovely and helped to make the whole place feel cooler. Nothing was a problem or a bother for the staff, they would attend to anything and everything from breakfast to refilling water bottles, to helping move rooms, to organizing laundry to be done, to finding a driver to go anywhere

There were a lot of small black "sewer flies" in the bathroom. The small garbage bin in the bathroom (for toilet paper) didn't have a plastic bag in it. To me it seems unhygienic to have to throw away your toilet paper in there.

Nice big room, very comfortable beds. Good shower. Location is good nearby restaurants, shops and beach. Breakfast is nice. Place is very beautiful with the home temple etc.

It's not for you if you want the big gardens and poolside lounging and bar service. The aircon was very noisy. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept well.

A small gated group of rooms in a central location in Sanur. Safe, quiet, and especially clean. Nearly new sheets, clean pool shared by 3 or 4 rooms gathered closely around it. A small friendly breakfast area and lovely smiling service.

The plumbing in the toilet needs to be readjusted. Some smell comes from the sewage system there.

The location of the homestay is quite nice. It's in the alley-a little bit away from the crowded street. And it's not too far away to Sanur harbor. The hostess is very friendly.We didn't have enough cash to pay for our room when we arrived.She patiently waited until we exchanged enough money. And their breakfast time starts at 8 'clock, but we started much earlier that morning. still she asked her staff to prepare a nice breakfast for us.
