Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsAbsolutely unacceptable experience. The room was filthy — the bedding hadn’t been changed, and we found long hairs in the bed. The sink, shower, and mirrors were clearly not cleaned. It was honestly disgusting. We checked out early and skipped breakfast just to get out of there as fast as possible. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

AustraliaOur plans changes and we needed to stay in this region for a couple of nights . We hadn't made a reservation and had to take whatever was available so some of the problems we encountered were because we hadn’t done our usual research. First pool facing room had an extra bed which meant there was not enough room to move around ours. Second beach facing room was on the third floor. The hotel catered for large functions, on the rooftop floor above in this case a wedding so noisy. Maybe reconsider paying for bath on balcony room, not very private in some cases.
Buffet breakfast. Many sweet style dishes were not replaced once empty so often were unavailable. The self serve espresso coffee machine settings made the cup very full and guests had difficulty carrying them without spilling their drink.

I stayed to be close to the airport before flying. The staff were really helpful!

United KingdomNo hot water and shower head leaked quite badly to the point where only a trickle of water came out of the actual head. Quite noisy outside (banging and general noise) both during the day and at night. No mirror in the bathroom for shaving 🤔
Location close to immigration office which was the main reason for selecting it. Staff friendly and helpful. Room ok and bed comfortable.

United Arab EmiratesPerfect for a Comfortable Stay Near the Airport I stayed at this hotel for just one night as it’s located conveniently close to the airport. The most important thing for me was to have a comfortable bed and clean bedding — and I was absolutely satisfied. Everything, including the pillows, blanket, and sheets, felt brand new, was spotlessly white, and smelled fresh and clean. That alone made me feel completely at ease. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall, my stay was very comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a restful night before traveling.

The experience at the hotel was exceptional. The staff is very nice. The facilities are good. There might be some clumps of hair in the bed when I first came in, but it didn't change the fact that the hotel is excellent. Recommended!!!
