Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is fabulous - easy walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go around central Ubud - and because it is back off the road it is very quiet and peaceful. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone supported my efforts at speaking Bahasa Indonesian 🤣

United KingdomAs my room faced reception it didn't feel very private and every night there would be people booking in between 12 and 1 am. I asked if I could change my room and then extend my stay but was informed that everything was full, however someone booked in later that afternoon to a more quiet room and at 1.30 am someone again woke me when booking in. Also the bathroom didn't smell very fresh, it looked clean and was OK if the window was kept open. I would come again if I could stay in a room near the swimming pool or on the first floor as the rest was perfect.
The team were brilliant, the swimming pool was relaxing. The location was beautiful with rice paddies on the way, but close to the centre. The room was a good size and had enough storage options. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of tea or coffee, eggs or pancakes and a plate of fresh fruit.
