There’s no soundproofing at all. We can hear everything, like this morning, we were trying to sleep and we could hear a couple downstairs chatting. We thought they were being loud until we could literally hear them sip their drink. The water in the bathroom is quite dirty as well, when I filled up the bathtub the water was yellow. And the WiFi is lousy. At around 8 pm there seems to be no WiFi connection or that it’s very slow. Also insects get in easily. In the middle of the night I woke up to a few mosquito bites and could hear a fly buzzing beside my ear. And the doors seem to function poorly. The locks are a bit dysfunctional, turning the key does nothing. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, leaving quite a crack for anyone to peep through.

I really like the swimming pool and the intimate atmosphere of the hotel. The room was kept tidy every day. Staff were nice and helpful, always.

Lights outside were on all night so room not as dark as I like but that is an individual thing. Fridge not working but was fixed next day so all good. A knive fork plate in room would have been handy.

Rooms were comfortable and value for money. Great location. Shops bars restaurants close by. Staff were helpful and friendly..

A little far away from the centre of Sanur. Also no toilet available on site if your room is not ready for check in or you have checked out and they are holding your bags.

Bed in my suite was not particularly comfortable, however my friends in another room did not have the same complaint.

The villa style accom was great. The pool was kept beautiful and the garden surrounding it was lovely. Definitely check out Jhoii Local Eats next door too, phenomenal plant based food options.

No towels in the room, had to wait till after 7pm, I assume they were waiting for laundry. When they did arrive they were tatty and stained. Was expecting a ground floor room as in the photos when booking but there are rooms upstairs and the big steps are difficult to get up.

It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to spend more than a few days. It’s quite far from Sanur port and not a lot to do in the area. Staff were brilliant, helped us with booking our boat and were really nice boys. I had a bag stolen on the journey and they went and got medication that I needed, fetched bits from the shops and couldn’t do enough for us. They also let us check in early which was nice after our journey.

The shower head really needs to be replaced or repaired. The dripping of the air conditioner also needs to be checked.

Very nice room, very comfortable to live in. The bed is big, and I like the bathroom part of the open air. The staff service is also very considerate.

Airco and toilet broke down a few times, whenever reported to the staff they did come and fix it. Photos are a little out dated, it looks like it but in reality it's not the same. Towels weren't always clean although they did go to the cleaning service (foundation stings mostly).

Location was okay if you don't mind a little walk to the restaurants and bars. Overall it was okay. The staff was super friendly and they help you with everything and they do everything for you.

someone had peed all over the toilet seat when I had checked in… I cleaned it, but wondered what else was missed by the housekeeper? or did someone’s little boy run in after, closed the lid to hide it, and an honest mistake?

The staffs were very helpful and nice. We got room upgrade with a family room for free. It's also quite and near central locations in Sanur.

The facilities in the suite are a bit dated although they are well equipped. But no complaint as it's already really good based on the price we paid.

We stayed in the family suite, which is really great. Big space, 2 bedrooms with its own bathrooms, a living room is spacious. The suite is built with a taste and it's really good value for money.
