CanadaThere’s nothing not to like about this property. And if there was, the service and the professionalism and detailed attention of the staff would make up for it. They all go over and beyond to ensure your comfort. You are treated like family by the staff.
It’s a little sanctuary of trees, flowers and serenity. The pool is already clean and inviting, and the black-sand beach is right outside the gates. From property to beach and watching the sunsets is magical.

United StatesLocation isn't great if you want to be near restaurants in central Senggigi or on a beach that you can swim in. It is beachfront and it is really beautiful, you just can't swim. Also we payed extra for a king size bed but got a double, and had asked about it multiple times so was disappointed. So just check you're getting what you paid for.
Staff is really friendly. Pool is incredible. Nice restaurant with decent food. Nice room and I love having a kettle, coffee/tea, nice dresser to put up clothes, and chairs to sit.

United KingdomFirst room had many mosquitos, flies, grasshoppers and a really big spider - but once spoken with reception we were able to move.
On arrival we were given one of the old style rooms with the wooden locking door however this enabled many bugs to enter - so we spoke with staff and they were able to switch us over to the apartment block side. Pool and restaurant was decent. Location isn't really near anywhere would recommend using taxi or bike rental services to get around.

The environment is beautiful, it has a private beach (not ideal for swimming but it's beautiful to see the sunset). It has a big and deep swimming pool. The staff at the reception were very helpful and nice.

SwitzerlandCame here during low season and Ramadan and the resort was empty, so the price was incredibly cheap. Location is good, the Senggigi center is in walking distance. Not the best for backpackers though, you can't do much in this area.

CanadaThe decor could use a bit of an upgrade… the room and furniture was dark. The bathroom could use some upgrades and TLC. The bed was quite large, but it wasn’t very comfortable.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the room was very large! The hotel grounds were kept neat and tidy!

AustraliaThe location was a little far from town but I knew that when I booked. I walked to town most days but it’s easy to get a taxi there and back.
Loved the pool here, the staff were absolutely wonderful and were always friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean as was the whole hotel. Beautiful gardens and surroundings.

NetherlandsThe food option at the restaurant could be healthier. They had a selection of Eastern and Western. For Eastern, I expected to eat more traditional Indonesian food; for Western , the majority was fast food like pizza, burger, sandwich. It lacked some healthy meals.
The hotel itself is beautiful and really exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious, the bed is super comfortable and has a nice mosquito net. The staff is very helpful! The pool is amazing, the beach where the hotel is located is also very beautiful. Quiet area.

The nice green garden and the pool are amazing. The exit from the pool area directly to the beach (black sand). The friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The pool in general, and also the baby pool is nice, our 2 daughters (4 and 1 years old) enjoyed it. Restaurant with view to the pool, so the kids can play and be in the water while still being supervised. The sunset view from the beach, next to hotel, while the sun sets behind Mount Agung on Bali.
