La habitación inicial que nos dieron era la que está fuera del complejo al lado de recepción, no tiene nada que ver con el resto de habitaciones. El personal muy amablemente nos cambio la habitación al día siguiente sin problema.

Los malos olores del baño. Deberían revisar la fontanería. También deberían cambiar de vez en cuando los jabones líquidos, que se pudren y el staff no se da cuenta, ya que los botes son de piedra. Despejar la entrada debería ser una prioridad, aunque estén en obras, ya que es el acceso de los huéspedes. Finalmente, deberían aclarar las políticas del desayuno. Una niña que se aloja gratis ha de tener el desayuno igualmente gratis. Esto lo conseguimos después de reclamar y cansa un poco, la verdad.

Lo que no nos gustó es que siendo una zona turística no tengan mosquiteras adecuadas. Nuestra puerta se abría con el aire y había hueco más que suficiente para un ejército de mosquitos. Salimos los 3 llenos de picaduras. Está bien las puertas balinesas pero... que las ajusten adecuadamente.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación. Después de estar en Ubud creo que alojarte en el centro te evita mucho estres y pérdida de tiempo, porque el tráfico es desesperante. Este alojamiento te permite ir andando a los principales puntos de interés. Pero además el hotel es precioso, los bungalos me encantaron, los jardines. El restaurante Lotus un acierto, los desayunos muy ricos y abundantes, te daban a elegir cafe o té, zumos o plato de frutas con o sin yogurt y granola, huevos fritos o en tortilla con bacon o salchicha, o tortitas de plátano o plátano rebozado y una pieza de bolleria. Y las vistas al templo y al estanque mientras desayunas es mágico. El personal siempre sonriente, muy amable.
Bueno, estaban de obras, asi que no pudimos disfrutar del relax de la piscina debido al ruido.

Lo que no me pareció bien es que no avisarán que el hotel se encuentra en obras , estaban con reparaciones en ese momento lo cual también dificultada para poder ingresar al hotel , otra cosa que me gustaría comentar es que habiendo salido de la habitación dejando el cartel de no entrar, cuando regrese de mi toure encontré con que habían entrado a realizar la limpieza de la habitación cosa que no había sido solicitada, fue algo que no me.parecio correcto, se debería respetar lo que el huésped solicito

Me dieron una habitación que no era la que reservé y en el restaurante que te dan un descuento, me tardaron más de una hora en servir una pizza y muy mal esa vez, había mucha gente! Los demas días bien! Están en construcción en una parte del hotel y no se aprecia bien en su totalidadl! Hay gatos por todos lados y al ser alérgica a ellos no la pasé muy a gusto! Pero en general bien

Comentario auténticoEl personal un 10, todos muy atentos. Nos ayudaron con los tour y los traslados. Tuvimos un masaje gratis de 30 min cada uno. La ubicación estaba muy central, al lado del templo, el desayuno incluido se sirve en el café lotus, el café que da justo al templo.
Justo tocó remodelación, por lo que no se podía apreciar bien el lugar, un poco de ruido, pero se entiende por los trabajos. Lo que sí fue realmente molesto es la cantidad de zancudos dentro de la habitación y el baño, esto se debe a que la ducha queda en el exterior y la puerta que da hacia el baño es una mampara que no cierra hermética al igual que la puerta de acceso a la habitación, son dos puertas abatibles. Éstas dos dejan pasar mosquitos entre medio.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es excelente. Puedes ir andando por las calles, aunque hay tanto tráfico que llegar a veces resulta difícil. El lugar es muy bonito y se descansa bien, parece que estás fuera de la ciudad.
Las camas eran muy incómodas. Creo que más de tres noches no hubiéramos podido dormir.

Extremadamente ruidoso. Está muy cerca de la calle principal en inexplicablemente, el baño es abierto, así que en la noche se escuchaban las motos y la lluvia como si estuvieran dentro de la pieza. Muy mal diseño
