The location was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful

The only thing we didn’t like was beyond the hotel’s control - the weather. We had a full day of rain with a very few, short breaks.

We were absolutely speechless when we arrived! The location in the middle of the jungle with infinity poole, jacuzzi and the best staff ever! Everyone was super kind, friendly and helpful❤️Also the food in the restaurant was delicious! We tried so many things and we loved everything❤️You can also rent a scooter there which we did ! Another great advantage of this place❤️we miss it so much!

inside was good and neutral view 😀

. Outside there was no activity and was far from tour services. . Good for Couple not for solo travel. . Rooms main door is too small.

The surroundings, the nature, the pool, the breakfast, the service and availability of the staff.

They need to change the towels because they smell dump and look over used.

Great place, helpful staff. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Relaxing experience, no road noise, great scenery on the way to the hotel.

    Some stains on bed linen

Puri Kasih sits on beautifully maintained grounds. The rooms were immaculate. We stayed in the Junior Suite and a deluxe room. The Junior Suite has a beautiful bathroom and balcony. The staff were very attentive helping us arrange transport, an incredible massage, and using bicycles to explore the nearby rice fields. Onsite meals were delicious. Not many rooms so the place felt like our own. Pool and Jacuzzi are well maintained. There are terraced grounds leading to a river below.

Location is far from central Ubud (20-30min by car), which makes for peace and serenity but far from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. We had no trouble finding a Grab.

Location was great - very quiet, apart from the incessant roosters! We stayed in the Junior Suite which has acres of space and a beautiful bathroom. It was very comfortable and had our own deck to boot. Service was exceptional and the food from the restaurant was top-notch. The walk around the local rice paddies was great too.

I was a little disappointed there was no tea/ coffee in the room but that's a small complaint only. The fruit for breakfast was a little less than expected and guests should be aware of the ~30min transit time between here & Ubud central if going by car. There is nothing local to walk to. There is no real "bar" but they do sell beer & wine (note, of the list of 10+ wines, only one was available in bottle only).

Awesome quiet location, we feel very relaxed. Loved the pool & amazing view. Great friendly staff!

Stairs, not big deal just coming up & down when you’ve been out doing activities all day could be a bit challenging at times🙂 Oh and can use a slightly more powerful hair dryer.

Friendly staff. Our suite had incredibly high ceilings. Food was surprisingly good

Our most disappointing stay in Bali. At $250 (3.7m IDR), this was also the most expensive. - There are 0 amenities, activities, nothing. Just a room for you to stay, wouldn’t call this a resort - Dining: tasty, but very limited menu. Breakfast selection is only bread, bacon, eggs which gets old after the first day or 2 - Very understaffed. Reception was often empty, and unreachable by phone and WhatsApp. Not the staff’s fault, they were all very nice but every staff had multiple jobs and it shows - Air conditioning only available in bedroom, and it was very weak. The living room was majority of the space and had no air conditioning at all. With all the glass walls, it was basically a greenhouse, unusable during the day and stuffy hot even at night. - Woke up to the entire bathroom floor covered with hundreds of dead bugs - No blinds for the glass wall facing the main staircase, so every guest coming in and out of hotel can see your entire living room. 0 privacy. - Internet was very spotty

Beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud! The pool with the view over the jungle is gorgeous and the hotel is surrounded by paddy fields. I really enjoyed borrowing the free bicycles and cycling through the area. Big shout out to the lovely staff who were very kind and always around to make my stay comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the homemade jams!

The location is great if you’re looking to unwind in nature for a few days/explore the rice terraces north of Ubud but might be a bit far if you want to explore the town every day and don’t ride a scooter. The hotel do organize taxis though!
