The shower doesn't last very long but if you turn it off and soap up and turn it on to rinse, and same with washing your hair it works well.

Lovely and very helpful hosts, very clean, there's a laundry right outside the front gate. The bed is comfortable and I felt very at home.

The warm water was limited for 3-4 minutes, after that you had to shower cold. An extra towel would habe been nice.

Did not have access to the pool and large rooftop terrace, which was very disappointing as i intended to use 1 for work and the other for fitness, and relaxation. I spoke to the owner about this, and it's advertised online as 1 building with all facilities. However, it is 2 separate buildings - which are next door to each other, yet i was still unable to use them, as i had booked the cheaper rooms. I told the owner she needs to change this online - as it was false advertising. She said she would, but still hasn't, so clearly it's a tactic to get more bookings! There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom - although I eventually got shampoo after asking. The owner, who is nice, is poorly organized and can be unresponsive - so you can waste a lot of your time waiting or communicating.

The room was not as clean or well-maintained as shown in the pictures, with stains on the walls and mirror, and a lot of ants inside.

The property is lovely and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood. And there is a laundry service across the street which is also very convenient

Mozzies, insects, cleanliness. Quite load at night

There were a lot of mozzies. more than 10 a day. Told manager and she said never happened. Don’t believe that bc it was constant and the room was not Clean. Felt dirty and my friend found dead lizard in his fridge. It was also not cleaned and they don’t change towels daily and wouldn’t give me more toilet paper :(

Puri Kasih homestay was really nice , clean and comfortable ... The manager took care about everything and helped a lot ... So don't think so much and look for other places ... JUST BOOK DİRECTLY...

We booked a room with terrace when we reached there owner told we don’t have any room and she gave us road side room we can’t sleep so much traffic noise and bathroom smells and not hot water we complained about bathroom but owner didn’t take seriously.she didn’t care about it.

No way I will go back to this place. This is the first time a host get angry of my review. Really not open for critics and improvement. The lady is so snarky, and after we show that we don’t like her attitude she suddenly become soft and “friendly”. What a two face! The place is also not good for value. You can find better place with same price in that area. Not recommended 👎

After gave my first review, which was honest and fair, the lady called me and got angry because of my first review. Again, the review is fair, the room is in fact clean which I stated, but the service is bad. This is the first a host got angry to me because of review. Even go long way calling me and pick a fight. She also complained cause she has to wait for us to check in. What a joke!

The lady who take care of the property is so not friendly. When we arrived she didn’t even say hello, just gave us side eye and told us why we stopped for dinner not check in first. Who is she to tell us what to do?! Also she communicate very bad, always snarky. She acted friendly only after we show that we didn’t like her, and it was on the last day. Very disappointed, the room is good but with that service I better stay somewhere else. We will never come back. Highly not recommended 👎 Also, we haven’t even reviewed anything and they got angry for what? 🤣

Nothing I could think about.

There is no where I would want to stay whenever in Sanur. Second time booked at this place. The room is all what I needed without second thought. The location is easy to getting around for someone don't have a sense of direction like me, close to best eateries in Sanur (in my opinion). The host lady is friendly and attentive to my requests. The room is spacious, bright and spotless. The bed is extremely comfy I reluctantly gotten up every morning.

There was no sink to wash dishes if needed other than the bathroom sink, but Erik was kind enough to wash them in his sink. The location was a bit far from the beach I initially thought it was closer…about a 15-20min walk, but it’s easy to get a scooter which will get you to the beach in about 5 minutes.

The property was very clean, the bed was comfortable, a nice outdoor area and the room and bathroom were a good size. Erik who lives underneath was very nice, providing information about restaurants, supermarkets and anything in general. He even let me use his old bike which was a bonus and since I took the superior room that was located in the villa, I had access to the pool which was another bonus.

Everything about Puri Kasih is wonderful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and plenty spacious with all amenities you could possibly need. During my stay in Bali, I didn't find any other place that would even come close in regards to cleanliness.
