The room itself was tired and the toilet did not work properly, even after bringing this up with staff. Could do with some maintenance as overall the property is beautiful, just getting tired and a bit run down.

Room was big, bed was comfortable and the outlook was beautiful and lush. Staff were super friendly, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Location was great and easy walking distance to so many areas of Canggu.

There's nothing to dislike, I swear.

I'd say Zin Berawa is by far and above our favourite hotel we've stayed in after 4 different trips to Bali. It's beautifully designed with lush vegetation surrounding the villas, a lovely pool area to relax in and spacious chic rooms to rest after a busy day in town. Its the calm in the storm of busy Canggu. Breakfasts were all outstanding and the staff were kind, attentive and full of smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect also, 5 mins from the beach to surf or walk. Best way to avoid the crazy roads, walk to Berawa beach via the hotel next door and spend 15 - 20 minutes with your feet in the sand towards Batu Bolong way, central Canggu.

The location, which is good to escape from busy streets is also a downside, since there's no direct access to the beach (25 mins, or less if you cheat a beach club nearby). Maybe would be good to have a little chair on the balcony

Villa looks better than on the photos - very stylish, lots of greenery, spacy, well organized rooms. Despite its size the villa has only 3 rooms and one bungalow, which, given the distant location gives the feeling of quiet oasis. Also it is worth to mention delicious and very instagrammable breakfasts.

The resort is at a quiet corner in Canggu, which Canggu is famous for beach club. We can have very good rest in the villa.

Room was clean, tastefully decorated and just like depicted in the listing. Breakfast is good and the menu to pick from has a good variety. Common spaces are cool and functional. The location is close to nice restaurants but away from the chaos so you can have a nice rest at night.

Very nice property and staff. They made sure that we are comfortable. We had a nice stay. It was app. 10 minute walk to the beach and many cafe options near it. We hired a bike from them that made commute easy. Highly recommended.

There is no safety deposit box which i found dissapointing. Also the smell of cooking from the next apartment permeated the walls and made my apartment smell. There is no tv but that didn't bother me

I’ve been to many hotels in canggu and the Zin is by far the best one! The location is perfect, it is quiet but you are 10 minutes from all the hotspots. The rooms are really big and beautiful, also there are great shared spaces, also with washing machine, sofa area etc. The breakfast is also delicious! Everyone who is working there is incredibly kind so you feel at home just after a few hours. 10000% recommend this place.

The breakfast they offer wasn’t the best so we looked for one outside. The toilet area was a little rusty.

Such a great value. Location is great. It is close to everything you need (restaurants, shops, spas, cafes) and still very quiet and relaxing. The concept of the villa is very cool as you share the facilities (nice big kitchen, indoor and outdoor living area and pool). They also offer a daily shuttle to the beach. Staff were very kind and helpful. We went for our honeymoon and they prepared a surprise for us on the bed with flowers and a note, and a cake in the fridge. Would definitely come back here.
