Rooms seems little old and needing some refreshment. Cleanliness might need little boost as well.

Small hotel we used for one night due to late landing in Bali, and before travelling to Ubud. The place is fine for one night. Nice pool on rooftop and my wife appreciated a short session at the Gym, next to pool.

Walls are so thin. Was woken up by children screaming in the pool (pool is on floor 5. I was on 3) and terribly loud construction right above us. I don’t know why they would put us in a room near construction. Did not get good rest. Location near airport but not really near shopping strip.

The glass door of the shower part in bathroom stuck and couldn't be closed so it was unconfortable to use the shower. (We didn't complaint to staff because we spent only 1 night here.) Some guests were bothering noisy and the staff didn't remind them to respect other guests.

Helpful staff, excellent transport service. The hotel's restorant has an authentic Indonese cuisine (I can tell because my wife is local). It is close to the airport so very good for temporary stay after arrivel to Bali.

There was an ant house in one of the room. So we need to senitize all our cloths and luggeges.

The friendly staff, breakfast and location are the main things. Additionally, We liked the swimming pool and spent a lot of time there.

It was very noisy at night because of all the motorcycle and cars. It's on Jalan Raya(big road) so you need to know about this before you booking this hotel.

Breakfast was small but it was okay. Good location to go to Kuta area or any other location because it was close with airport. Staff was all kind. Nice budget hotel for your short term stay.

Breakfast didn’t open at the time it was suppose to, left all the guests standing in the dark waiting to have it open, when all they had to do is put lights on. There was no urgency to breakfast open. When most was ready to go. Rooms are small and dark, like most hotels that need more lighting

It would be really nice to have some shade (umbrella) at the swimming pool.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. We arrived at 02:00am and the staff was very friendly. They have really nice food and coffee. It was also nice to have a small gym.

It would have been nice to have a bit more choice of European food at breakfast. But we are in Bali so made the best of it. Not really a complaint just a suggestion.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, reception, restaurant and house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless.

Bathroom water drainage was not good. Created flooding on the floor. Road noise affected sleeping. We were at the front of the property.

Above average for the type of room we were looking for. Very cost effective. Great pool. Clean. Great breakfast. Would stay again. Good water pressure from shower. Handy money exchange up the street.

There were cockroaches in the room. The food at the regular breakfast wasn’t particularly tasty. The towels were quite dirty. The safe didn’t work. An employee tried to fix it and replaced the chip, but after a while, it broke again, and we had to urgently retrieve our belongings from it
