Everything!! The room is clean and spacious, the bed comfy with lovely aesthetic! and the bathroom is the best one I had in Bali! Location is not exactly close to Ubud, but they rent scooters for a very cheap price. Pool is also lovely and staff always smiling!! :) Tasty breakfast choices between 8 and 10 am. If you like nature this is just the place you should book. I would came again if I find myself in Ubud area!

The cottages inside are really really humid. We stayed there 4 nights and was raining 3 days and was a really humid environment. The bedsheets and the inside of the cottage was smelling a bit bad due to the high humidity level. We leaved the deumidifier on for all days but was small I think for the room size and was not enough.

Staff very gentle and kind, they give you the possibility of rent a scooter (a must to move from the location to ubud or any other location). The cottages are new.

Unfortunately for the whole time there was a smell of mold and humidity in the apartment (but we didnt see a mold anywhere). Letting the outside fresh air in didn't help.

Apartment is very big, especially the bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty.

When staff bring breakfast, instead of letting you know that its there, they just leave it outside for you , and by the time we got our breakfast, was always very cold.

The room, the staff were friendly and helpful, were able even to help me to get the flower pool set up and massage service. my son forgot his charger and I contacted the staff and they kept it safe and we got it back. The rooms and pool were very good size.

One of the disadvantages: very high humidity, even in the room, things are damp and do not get a very pleasant smell. Although we were unlucky with the weather, it was constantly raining. But overall, the hotel left a very good impression.

The hotel is located in a very green area, very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful, it's obvious that they are trying very hard. Delicious breakfasts, cleaning service every 3 days.

I found everything aggreeable, I mean there was construction noise around 12pm but that's rather reasonable

Beautiful jungle view every morning was a pleasure to sit outside and watch the jungle. Night was a riot as well, with the call of frogs and cicadas lulling you to sleep. Staff were lovely, there were also local people helping build the next building and feed the workers so it was nice.

We had a fabulous stay at Prayatna Villas with our own villa & private pool. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped. The location is quiet and a 20min scooter ride to Ubud centre, which was perfect for us. I would stay again & can't recommend this place more.

Unbelievabl little place. The location might not be for everyone, although i like being out of the hustle Close enough to some top local eats and a short run into Ubud. Very quite even though it's just off the main road. The staff were falling over themselves to be gracious. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, the kitchen was handy also. I met the owner who was humble and lovely. Value for money is unmatched. Could not rate Praytana villas high enough.

The place is beautiful. The private pool is awesome. Just know that food and grocery options are a 10 to 15 minute drive away. It's a great place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are amazing. They helped us with any questions we had. Special shout out to Repan, 10 out of 10 service. As of July 2024 the restaurant and bar was still closed.

The possible cons for some: -the temperature is cooler and there's a lot of shade so if you don't like cold pools this might be an inside for you because it's only warm around mid-day (I enjoy colder pools so this was a plus for me). - It's pretty far from restaurants and the city centre so this might be challenging, but we took the opportunity to cool and ordered delivery. - if you're new to Bali and if you're looking for something more picturesque and resort like the surrounding area or the drive up might throw you off, because it's more in the country-side, but once you get into the actually villa property I'm sure you will love it. The staff and facilities were amazing. The staff really make an effort to make you feel comfortable, so I'm sure you're bound to have a good time.

Mawar Room. Bathroom: Very large. Ample space to dry your clothes, hang things and store toiletries. The water pressure was strong and the water temperature was great (very hot). The toilet also has a nozzle to clean your self (hand-held bidet) with good water pressure. Rooms: Great AC but you won't need it because the weather near the mountain is cooler. Bed is a great size and it's very comfortable not too firm or soft. The TV is a good size. Not big, medium sized. Netflix and YouTube worked great. The vanity is massive and the mirror is a great size for whatever facial routine you have going on. The ceiling are high and has a high ceiling fan. The lighting in the room is ntk that bright. Its very ambient with low lighting but their are three additional lamps in the room that you could use to brighten up the space. Exterior. The room has a private kitchenette that's pretty big. It has a fridge, a stove, and a kettle. It also has dish soap and a sponge. You can ask for extra cutlery crockery (plates, bowls, saucers/side plates). The space came in handy in the mornings or late at night when I wanted to fix-up a sandwich or when ordering delivery. The space was great. There are also two small tables and four chairs that can be used for dining. The garden has a small pool (I will write more about that below). The garden is cleanband comfortable. The foilage is great. There's also a drying rack to dry wet clothes. Service: Excellent. Two younger men took care of us. They were super friendly and always accommodating. They answered all questions. They were also available on WhatsApp. Things were really fast. They were able to get back to us really fast. The included breakfast offered an omelette, fruit (babana and some type of melon), a garnish salad and coffee (they had two other breakfast options to choose from). Private Pool: Originally we were placed in the Mawar room. It's an excellent room.
