How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

things are rusted
The room is huge. comfortable, but there is a certain smell that you might not like. No breakfast, an hour away from the airport. The staff are nice.

Water tape is a bit run down.
Very pleasant environment inside the guesthouse. Good value, clean, great staffs and quick check in. Room just like in the photos.

Check-in was very easy. The manager was right up front and check-in was fast. The staff promptly brought my luggage up to my room. All were welcoming and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, with nice bedding, tile flooring and cold air conditioning. The shower was generously-sized and the water was hot. The place has a great location, very close to the airport as well as restaurants, grocery store and shops for last-minute souvenirs. The on-site restaurant and in-room massage options made my short stay extra-special. I will absolutely stay again the next time I'm flying out of Denpasar!!!

A few grab drivers cancelled because the fair to the airport was not worth it. You need to catch a grab to get anywhere, located on a backstreet next to the main road to the airport.
Friendly staff, family run. Basic clean room, good for easy access to the airport. I stayed from approx 4pm to 10pm and then went to the airport for a 1am flight.

Exceptional value for money. Perfect for a midnight airport arrival. You can’t fault this place. Good honest breakfast. Free wifi and very clean and comfortable. Rooms are great. Well done Praba 👍

Food options nearby are limited

Difficult to walk to airport despite being across the road. Can’t get a grab. They offer shuttle but it’s 10000k
We had a overnight flight so spent the day relaxing here before our flight- 10 mins to airport check in

The walls are really thin so we could hear everything upstairs and beside us. There's also a call to prayer around 5am, so it would be a good idea to sleep with ear plugs.
Hotel was close to the airport so it was a quick refuge after a long day of travelling. Staff were nice, the room was adequate and breakfast was good. Solid value for the price.

Four our purposes - nothing.
Great place to stay after late incoming flight. Although close to airport and within walking distance , we were glad we organised a driver through Praba. ( 15aud) so we didn’t have to navigate the busy road from the airport , lugging suitcases , with no pavements and then small, dark side roads to get to the guesthouse. Communication pre visit and during stay with reception was excellent. Staff were all very helpful and obliging. Basic breakfast was very adequate ( eg omelette, toast and coffee) - no buffet options. Left quite early so didn’t use pool facilities. Room and bathroom very clean. This is a great and economic place to stay after a late flight or if you have an evening flight leaving Bali. Highly recommend.
