Beautiful private cottages in a serene garden setting. Friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely everything was great! The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very very well looked after for its age, nothing falling apart and everything works. Nice and quiet for the area. So disappointed we've never stayed with them before. Can definitely recommend. Well done Poppies!

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of Kuta. Exceptional staff who practice the superb art of Balinese hospitality. Nothing, and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are traditional Balinese design and the pool and gardens just beautiful. Poppies restaurant, a stones throw away, lived up to it's reputation.

Staff are amazing and the property is an oasis of tranquility in the chaos of Kuta. Would stay there again, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The BEST part of the day is the breakfast! truly 5 star breakfast. There's parking available for motorbike which I had rented. Don't be discouraged by the narrow alley to get to the hotel.

Breakfasts were wonderful with great staff. Pool area is very relaxing with lush tropical surrounds. A small piece of paradise in the busy Kuta area.

On arrival we had arranged an airport pick up but nobody arrived, they said they did not have the flight number but it was on the email sent to them, unfortunately no apology. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We stayed in a cottage very close to the laneway and heard a lot of traffic noise, the cottages at the back would be far better if you have the option. Beautiful place but the cost was at the higher end of the spectrum for Kuta.

Perfect hideaway in the chaos of Kuta city. Once you enter the great door of the resort you forget about all the noise and traffic in Kuta. Nice breakfast which they offer at your house or in the famous poppies restaurant just across the street.

Poppies was an idyllic and quaint hotel that inbound stay in again. The individual bungalow-style rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the outdoor bathroom being a fantastic surprise. The grounds were lovely and invited you to linger and enjoy. The location is a short walk to Kuta's beachwalk. My stay included a fantastic breakfast, which I chose to have delivered to my room and ate on my veranda. The staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

Always a great choice to stay in Kuta. Marvellous garden and very relaxing stay. We come here every time we are in Bali since years and we would not choose any other property in Kuta.

Max 1 towel per guest at the pool …. Please buy some more towels …

The location was fine, the grounds were very nice. Everything was clean. Service was excellent. We stayed for one night before we flew out and the location re airport was excellent.

The rooms felt a tad dated. It was okay.

An Oasis in the heart of bustling Kuta. Honestly you would not know you were in a noisy, busy city at all. Poppies is quiet and peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. Close to the airport (with free transfer), large room in beautiful gardens, with a gorgeous pool and just across the road the most magnificent restaurant. Take the breakfast option if you can - it's a feast!

It can be a bit of a challenge getting around the streets outside of Poppies but that's not anything they can fix!

Its a place of beauty and calm. Excellent staff such friendly service. Beautiful pool beautiful private cottages. Comfy beds.
