The staff is so kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and confortable. Great location in Kuta, close to the airport. Overall great experience, I'll come back.

Nice, clean room with working wifi and hot water. The hosts were both very nice to us when we arrived and the place was great to crash ahead of our flight out of Bali!

The room itself was quite old. Staff were nice. Breakfast was basic and so so, because you can't choose your own preferred food. Only bread and eggs were available, although better than nothing at all. Overall it was a quiet place unless other guests making noises. Close enough to some houseware stores, restaurants, warung, and other street vendors.

The cleanliness of the room was not good enough (we found a few hairs on the table under the TV. But the communal kitchen was actually a bit disgusting, like it was never cleaned for years. Too bad, because otherwise, it would be so nice to cook your own food. The fridge inside the room was also dirty. I guess it was never checked or cleaned. The guests from other rooms were drunk and making loud noises at 4 am on our first morning. The parking lot outside the property was quite safe, but very limited space on building materials. There was a religious ceremony while we were there, and the people from the ceremony were actually loud and quite annoying.

All the staff were very kind. The room was comfortable and great. I'd like to stay here again.

The location is very well approachable and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Our hosts were extremely polite and friendly.

Warm friendly staff. Despite being in Kuta area, the accommodation is quiet yet close to most things. Very clean room! Basic breakfast. Simple setting and functional, served our purpose of the journey.

Rooms were alright

Location is not the best. Very narrow and dark streets at night. Didn’t feel to safe outside

Great host Yuki, great person and manages the place well. Ensures good comfort for guests. The breakfast is nice. He customized as per our need. Room well hygienic and clean .Sheets were neat. Overall great experience. Wish I had booked for longer time. Complete value for money.

Yukki.who worked here was very helpful. I wanted to get money from the atm and he took me in his bike. We had to try multiple ATMs as some were not working. Exceptional service

I wish they had an option to pay via card so the atm issue would not have happened in the first place.

This place is definitely a bang for the buck! The room is cozy, great wifi, great AC and you will absolutely love how the evening light bathe it with a beautiful glow. It is simply calming. The location's perfect. Kuta beach, Legian and even Seminyak are all within walking distance. There's a great cafe called Rojima nearby too if you want to bring your laptop out. The breakfast is small but sufficient, and again, for the price I paid, it's more than enough. I also really appreciate all the staff members running the place. Suuper earnest and easy to talk to. All in all, if you want to be in the centre of the action but away from the noise, this is the place for you.
