One of the appliances in the room did not fit the socket. But this is a very small point, and we reported the problem.

We stayed at a lot of great places on Java and Bali that were excellent value for money, but this one was the best: great bed, recently built house, super clean, tastefully decorated, including the bathroom with the open shower. Buruk and family were excellent hosts, his snorkeling tour was really fantastic and well-organized. Pondok Shindu was close both to the beach and to all kinds of good restaurants, and we made full use of its closeness to both. Easy pickup from Gilimanuk harbor was appreciated.

Loved Pondok Shindu. Was upgraded to their deluxe room which was lovely. Great outdoor bathroom. Beruk & Karen were so lovely.. Breakfast was delicious 😋 great location, 150mtr from beach & BioRock. Close to food options & minimart & money changer just down the main road. Definitely would stay here again..

A comfortable place with clean and tidy facilities, and the host is very friendly. It's a quiet and comfortable place to relax, close to the beach, just 5 mins walk. Will be back to here sometimes..its recomended👍🏽

Very quiet and well-equipped bungalow in a beautiful garden, 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. The breakfast was excellent and varied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the very nice family.

Wifi wasn't working in my room. Room second from left. Last time wifi was good Worked outside. I'm sure hosts can sort. I had data so all good.

Stayed 2 nights at Pondok Shindu. I've stayed here before when in Pemuteran. Excellent guest house. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Parking for my car onsite. Bed and pillows comfortable. Cool outside bathroom. Hot and cold water. Walking distance to main street cafes and restaurants. About 400 metres. Very good value. One of the better guest houses in Bali.

Nice spacious room with a lovely bathroom (half outside but really well designed). Mosquito net on bed if required and a nice seating area outside, where breakfast was served to you daily. Free water in the room and the aircon was good plus it is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Also had a communal fridge that you could use.

the owner and his wife were very hospitable and helpful with everything!! delicious extensive breakfast, with fresh orange juice and Bali coffee. very nice accommodation in a very quiet and green area, and only 2 minutes from the beach! Here you can immediately go into the sea and snorkel, have a nice terrace with a drink... eat... etc.. During snorkeling (Menjagan Eilend), which was completely new to me, Bro, the owner of the guesthouse, personally guided me.... and even showed me a sea turtle! it was a great location with a very hospitable owner!

I loved everything about this property. Located just 2 mins walk from the beach, the room was spacious, clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room was made up daily. Breakfast was ample and the family went over and beyond to provide excellent service. Thank you Brew and Karin 🙏☺️
