Location was horrible. There is no restaurant for lunch & dinner inside the hotel premises. And if you want to book from grab you can take it to your room but there no table to dine inside the room. Everytime you have to go down to their hotel lobby where there is a sitting area to have your food. Though hotel personnel permitted us to eat inside the room but not much facilities there to eat in your room other than bed. Breakfast is very simple. More items could have been added. Even fruit platter was also very small.

No food service local warungs surrounding and we did find 1 Western type food not far away,, mozzies did came out at night. The area is not somewhere I would want to stay for a holiday but is very close to airport

Quiet and nice little pool, we used this before a late flight so did not sleep over night. The staff were lovely and friendly and accommodated our family while there during the day. We could swim and shower before our flight and leave luggage in secure room Cheap price, comfortable room which was clean and big tv that worked

I stayed just one night before heading to the airport, and for that purpose, the accommodation met my expectations. The staff at the reception was very helpful and even gave me a ride to a restaurant late in the evening, which I really appreciated.

- the location was far away from the main road, there was only one restaurant in the neighbourhood (in another hotel)

-staff were friendly and very very helpful with everything - swimming pool was clean and the kids had loads of fun - breakfast was good but would be better if there were more choices - family room was very spacious but the bathroom was too small for a family

While the location was easy to get to by taxi from the airport, it wasn’t close to the centre of Kuta or anything really. We walked down the road to find an ATM and a coffee shop but there wasn’t much nearby apart from a busy road.

Super convenient for a one night stay after arriving at the airport late. The staff were great and helped us carry our bags to our first floor room. We had a family room. It was perfect for us, very clean and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok (eggs, toast, hash brown and sausage). We didn’t go in the swimming pool but it looked clean and inviting.

Shower wasn’t hot enough a few days but they came to adjust it and it worked better. Also they had to come adjust the AC because it wasn’t that cold one of the days we stayed there. Location is a bit far from the beach with traffic.

Very nice hotel for the money and well kept. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great value for the price.

Hotel is close to a warehouse, so looks a bit rough. Doesn't feel that safe

Great place to stay near the airport, just 10 mins by car. Prices offered for bike rental are cheaper than touristy areas like canggu, ubud. Good bed and working AC with decent toilet. Location is within walking distance to keranjang and krisna markets which are great for shopping cheaper souveniers.

The hotel was tranquil, peaceful and relaxing, with mornings by the pool. The continental breakfast was simple but delicious and made with love. Staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond.

Before staying I had been told there was restaurant so I thought could have breakfast and dinner in the hotel but when I was there, no restaurant. They were only able to buy food outside to deliver to them then gave it to me, the taste was not good, oily n too salty.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Febri, great customer service.
