Flashing the toilet can be a little bit tricky.

The privacy of the villa . It is like going to a little paradise in the middle of busy Seminyak. The staff is so friendly and the gardens beautiful. The big pool is fantastic.

From day to day the ceiling in the outdoor area was peeling off and dropping to the ground in large pieces, paint peeling off. Also, I understand this is common but we weren’t aware until we arrived. Cannot flush toilet paper. Need to put into bin next to toilet. We were ok with it but others may want to know before hand. Over all, the bathroom and outdoor area need a bit of love.

The villas were private. Had our own pool. Great location. The bedroom was great and couldn’t fault it. Clean and appeared to be a fairly new air conditioner that worked very well for the space.

Decking under banana lounges need to be replaced immediately, my foot went through it when I stood on it, needs concrete pavers like the other villas

There was thick black mould under the outside sink, the air con leaked and left a puddle on the tiled bathroom floor. The pool didn’t seem too clean to me.

It was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a water pressure issue over a few days but the staff worked late into the night trying to rectify. Unresolved fully we were offered an alternate room for our last 2 nights.

Other loud and disrespectful guests. One umbrella in the main pool area servicing 6 sun lounges. The aspect of villa 22 meant the private pool received no sun either on the pool or sun lounges. The plumbing is deadful. Taps are so clogged with limescale one could hardly move the bathroom basin mixer from hot to cold. The staff were great considering they are dealing with a tired looking establishment. We won't be returning.

Bed was hard as were pillows. Staff put a mattress topper on and provided soft pillows. Great service.

The bathroom and pool were not very clean. The shower had lime scale and mould, and the pool corners also had moss/mould. You could also hear the surrounding villas in the toilet which was a little uncomfortable

I liked the location, staff, and the communal area. The staff were great and let me leave my luggage in the lobby when I checked out.

Balinese style was nice but only bedroom had air con so very hot in ‘open’ living area & bathroom

No restaurant, needs a bit of maintenance, but that’s Bali things seem to deteriorate pretty quickly

Looked a bit run down, could use a paint of coat to freshen up. Deck was unstable (possibly rotted wood) needs to be looked at so it is safe. Bed - curtains need replacing, they are worn out and looks shabby, if replaced and new would improve the facility by a lot. Need to include a smoothie bowl in breakfast menu.
