Property is down a dark alley, building site next door with noise during the day - though nothing at night.

Location was good - easy to get to the main street area and restaurants/tuk tuk. Pool area was nice. Shared fridge in reception to keep your drinks cool.

The fridge was never stocked so couldn't access water on site had to leave the premises to get bottled water when I ran out

Really clean and comfy. With a lovely bathroom and great shower pressure and temperature. Came with two free bottles of water. Nice and quiet area but central to everything. I liked that the owner put trust in the guests and offered people to take drinks from fridge as they please and to pay at the end

I loved everything.

The room was really clean. Gun is beyond incredible & easily accessible for any questions. He was very accommodating for my early arrivals and let me store my bags, he was even flexible when needed to extend my stay. I stayed here for a month and the place is extremely clean like the cleanest room iv ever stayed in within Bali. The drinking water was always available, the area is central to loads of restaurants and cafes. The wifi is incredible for anyone working remotely as well. 10/10 would recommend staying here. If i could give a higher rating than 10 I would. Gun made the whole experience staying here amazing

Nothing nothing nothing! It was all perfect and I couldn’t have asked for better.

Before even arriving at the property the host, Gun, made sure to be in contact and give any relevant information. He was super quick to answer messages and let me leave my bag at the property as I arrived before my room was ready. From the moment you enter the property off of a busy street you’re surrounded by an oasis of calm and peace. The pool area is spectacular and really feels like an escape with all the plants around. The rooms themselves are nice and spacious with comfortable large beds and air conditioning that makes you forget how hot it really is outside. You can request for your room to be cleaned twice a week but the property and the pool are cleaned daily and with such care. Gun was always available and ready to answer any questions. He suggested a great surf school for me in the area and when I got sick also gave suggestions as to what I should do and where I could get medication. The kitchen has everything you would need to make your own food although there are plenty of options in the area to get some delicious food as well. There are only 5 rooms on the property which made it feel very cozy and the other guests were lovely to interact with. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away or a few minutes by scooter. All in all, this was the perfect start to my time in Bali. I felt at home from the moment I entered and Guns vibrant energy made me feel so comfortable in my temporary home.
