The staff were very friendly. Close to walk to beach and bars on the beach… our discovered a great restaurant called Sacred next door to Plawa. Close to walk to shopping strip but also a little set back from noisy streets. Loved our stay

This was the best place where my husband and I have ever stayed. We chose it for our honeymoon and never regretted it! The staff was very attentive, understanding and caring, they gave us flowers, delicious chocolate on the day of our arrival. Every morning there were delicious healthy breakfasts, they cleaned every day, we had a private and shared pool, a kitchen, a shelf in the refrigerator and a minibar in the room. The interior is in a modern Balinese style, everything is very beautiful, like in the pictures from Pinterest. I recommend everyone to choose this place for their ideal vacation.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

We loved being away from the more crowded streets in this area. It was quiet and peaceful. We were grateful that there was still some rice fields and farming land close by. It was like a beautiful oasis to come back to. We could totally relax there. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly and would respond quickly to any request. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We appreciated the quality finishes and artistic touches around the property and the beautiful gardens. Only a short stroll to the beach and restaurants.

The interior of the villa is very beautiful and it is also close to the beach area. The staff was super nice and helpful they really made our stay unforgettable. We also had breakfast at the villa which was very delicious. Altogether we had a great time here and I would recommend to anyone to come to Plawa Laguna.

It’s beautiful and perfect location, short walk to the beach and cafe and restaurants but located on a quiet street so it’s so convenient to walk around. The staff are amazing and everyone is so kind and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to everyone! Wishing we stayed more nights.

The staff were so great and reactive, everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location is (for now) outside of the busier Canggu area but is still easily accessible by scooter to restaurants and beaches.

Perfect accomodation for a couple. Beautiful place, with a very nice swimming area. The room with a private pool we chose was cozy and everything was so cleaned. The personnel always very kind and ready to satisfy any inquiry or request. Upon arrival they welcome us with a fresh towel and drink which was seriously appreciated. Security in front of the villa at any time. Location very near to the mai beaches of Canggu. We loved all!

There is absolutely nothing

We want to start by saying that it was hard to leave this place, and 3 nights we booked here were just not enough. There are many things that stand out about this hotel. The first is their staff. Their approach was so warm, personal, and made us feel like a family. They remembered the smallest details, never forgot to ask how we are doing and if we enjoyed our activities. We always had a great chat with everyone, and felt seen and cared about. They truly did their best to make sure our stay is comfortable. From booking a massage at 7:30 am to arranging an airport taxi to arrive on time - this is what a true care looks like. The smallest things they did were the ones that we cherish the most. The other part that really stands out is their attention to detail and aesthetics. It goes without saying that the design of this place had a deep thought behind it. A customer was truly placed in the center. Such things like providing a reading lamp in bed or bed curtains with ribbons attached to them so that next morning you don’t lose time searching for them, an ironing board, and even fresh fruit water available every day—all this you notice when staying there and feel like everything is taken care for you. The light in the hotel is absolutely stunning, and we loved seeing a blend of Balinese design with a modern style. It was so cohesive. Another thing we want to highlight is their breakfast. It was the best hotel breakfast food we had, so a big thank you to the chefs. They also have onsite security, who are lovely and friendly people taking a great care and ensuring there is once again nothing for you to worry about. We could endlessly write about how much we loved our stay, but the bottom line is—we will certainly come back here for both the people and the beauty of this very private villa🤍

This was my first time in Bali and I loved staying at Plawa Laguna. I was after a relaxing reset and found this to be a haven from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The staff was so kind and hospitable- it felt like staying with family which I think is one of the bonuses of staying somewhere small and boutique - only 5 rooms. My Queen suite was plush-had more than what I needed and was so comfortable and nice. I loved access to the kitchen so I could make an espresso from the coffee machine and then sit on my balcony in the morning. There was also a water filter machine in addition to the water provided in the room which was so handy for filling up my water bottle when I needed more. The facilities are accurately pictured and described. I had some really lovely lounge time by the pool, and loved the 24/7 security as a solo traveller. They have thought of it all including a Netflix account which was great for the day I was ill and it rained. They will arrange transport for you or massages to your room. It was my birthday and they even had a special little treat for me on arrival in addition to their welcome coconut water which was so refreshing after travel. Location-wise- it's tucked away from the main drag - probably about a 15-minute walk, less than five 5 to get to the beach and watch the sunset. There is a restaurant next door called Sacred where I could sometimes hear the base music but it never impacted my sleep. I was able to walk to Path Yoga easily for a sunrise class and have a feed at a coworking hotspot called Openhouse Cafe. I also loved breakfast, you select from a variety of menu options the day before and then the chef comes the next day to cook for you. There is a window of 8-11 I believe when you can pop down the kitchen to have your meal. Great stay, lovely staff, good fresh food; an overall excellent accommodation.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, everything is brand new and well thought of, like a true gem in the busy Canggu area. Definitely recommend the lower level villa room with small private pool in the backyard, we absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and I have never seen a more beautiful toilet mirror in my life! The hotel only has 5 rooms so it felt very private. The swimming pool area was very beautiful and sunny and you could really escape the hectic Canggu atmosphere there. The shared kitchen area was amazing and the breakfast served there by a chef was very tasty and lot of options to choose from each day (it was prepared by your order placed on previous evening). We loved that we could use the kitchen like it was our own home (there was a coffee machine, ice machine and tableware and cutlery available). This was our best accommodation during our 16 day trip in Bali and surrounding islands. The staff was very friendly and professional and we had lovely discussions with the manager Ade, she made us feel like home. Our next visit in Bali will absolutely include a stay in Plawa Laguna Bali.
