Feels like home very welcoming. Nyoman and family so hospitable. Nyoman so kind and caring lady, nothing is to much trouble her family and staff are the true essence of this gem of a homestay. Bungalows were so cute and traditional. Restaurant was a lovely place to relax and in enjoy home cooked organic food and nice coffee. If you love animals as we do, you will encounter a sweet friendly dog and 2 lazy cats which just add to the authenticity of the homestay. Nyoman had our motorbike ready for us as requested on arrival which made it easy to get around and hassle free. Thank you for a beautiful stay at pinokkio b&b we will definitely return one day x

It was great. You can hear dogs barking at night so if you are sensitive to that bring earplugs

The owner is an amazing woman! So kind, I really enjoyed meeting her.

It was a little bit out of the way from the tourist stuff. But great for relaxation.

The staff were very friendly, very including Pino the cat. I loves my little cabin and it was private enough that I felt like I had a whole house to myself.

I can’t really pick any faults in this place. I really enjoyed it.

The peaceful nights, listening to the crickets and Kecaks. The bungalows were super cute and the bed was really comfortable, I loved the green surroundings. They also take care of the local stray dogs which made me happy!

    Nothing

I liked the entire environment, nice and comfortable bungalows in a very quiet area. Beds are very comfortable, rooms very spacious and an amazing breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nearby there's a lovely tourist attraction with plenty of restaurants and cafes. I will definitely go back.

The property was authentically traditional, safe, and well maintained. The air conditioner was wonderful, and the breakfasts were excellent, especially the homemade bread/toast, fresh fruit, and delicious lattes! Snakeskin fruit was a new fruit for me, and we loved it. I didn’t like not having access to filtered water included, and no tea kettle in our room to make our own tea or instant coffee. I also didn’t like having to use the same towels, face clothes, and hand towels for 7 days, especially when we were sick. Thankfully, Nyoman was very helpful is getting us proper medication for our severe Bali belly. The location of the villa is fairly quiet and rural, but within easy Gojek distance of main attractions of southern Bali. )and walking distance of GWK. We loved having Nyoman’s young daughter, cat, and dogs around… plus visiting with guests in the gorgeous restaurant space, or by the refreshing pool. We loved Nyoman’s Italian cooking, over several dinners, especially the carbonara.

I had such a lovely stay at Pinokkio. It's out of the crowds and in a super quiet location. The rooms are lovely and the team is fantastic. Loved the food as well. I would totally recommend it you're looking to escape tourists or influencers and want a slightly more authentic experience. I had a scooter to move around which you will need (or bolts) to reach the venue. Great cafe around the corner as well!

This place! We had such an amazing time here! Very beautiful and cosy room, nice pool and the owners - they took such a good care of us 🥹 breakfasts were so yummy! And the coffee 😍Nyoman even baked a gluten free bread for me and made a gluten free pancakes-heaven for someone like myself with the gluten diet. And when we returned home with a sunburn she cut some aloe vera for us to help with healing! This place feels like home. It was definitely the nicest accomodation we had here in Bali💚

    Stay longer

The rooms: cute rooms and everything you need inside . The pool: tiny but deep and really nice after a day away. The food: better than a 5 stars , everything is amazing and homemade. For a foodie like me, I can tell you that Parisian bakery can’t fight against the fresh bread at the hotel. Breakfast is legendary and if you stay for lunch and dinner you will have the best quality price in ALL Uluwatu . Now the most important part…. Services and People: How to explain that there are just the most lovely persons I met in my life ( caring for you, caring for stray dogs in the street, caring for everyone’s) Uluwatu is not my favorite part of Bali, crowded with foreigners but Nyoman and her staff make our stay the best decision of our trip. Don’t hesitate and go there it’s a kind advice that for sure will be my best one on the island :) Thanks again for everything Nyoman, we will miss you and your cooking ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The bungalows are built from extremly light wood, so sound-wise it feels like staying in a tent next to a road. The pool is tiny. We like to swim a little in the pools, but the only thing I can imagine doing there is standing in it while sipping a drink.

The stuff is super nice. Breakfasts were great, very different from other places we stayed on Bali. The room was always clean and it looks better than on the pictures. The animals living on the property are beatiful.

Great communication with Nyoman, I knew all the information I needed long before I arrived. She is a wonderful person, as is her husband and the rest. They were very helpful, they organized a scooter in 5 minutes, always willing to help and recommend places to visit. Every morning they served a delicious breakfast with homemade ingredients. The room was clean and tidy. Hope to see you again! :)

More about the nature than the accommodation fault: We woke up with itchy bites in the middle of the night which we are not sure if it's from mosquitoes or bugs but we could have used the mosquito net provided above the bed.

Nyoman is the reason staying at this b&b was so memorable. She found out that my traveling partner was unwell and she specially prepared homemade remedy of ginger, honey and lemon which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast and fruit platter were very healthy and freshly prepared. The homemade bread and cakes were delicious and healthy. I like the location of the place which is in the middle of the south part of the island, taking similar times to get to the different beaches/beach club, Uluwatu temple and the airport. It's on a steep hill with curvy roads leading up to it but our driver didn't have any issues going up. We found a family run seafood restaurant and a healing massage place near it so we are very happy about the location. The room is spacious and rustic, and there is an outside seating area for each bungalow. You can even lower the blind for shade and privacy. All in all, I love the design and architectural effort which has gone into making this place a home away from home.

Beautiful property and hosts. Exceptionally friendly, kind, and welcoming. Rooms are new, spacious, clean, with great air conditioning. Good location close to shops, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Super chill and cute dog, and cats. Set up well so you get your own privacy and space, but with common areas that make it easy to meet fellow travellers. Great coffee and food. 11/10, recommend to anyone and I will be back.

You will need a scooter or something to get around, walking in the heat is a bit rough, but I’m not going to complain about the weather.

Cute as hell. Owner was lovely and helpful. Photos were not misleading, the property was as advertised. Get it, you’ll love it.

Nyoman was such wise and empathetic host. I had casually mentioned that I had gotten my first tattoo and she cut off a large piece of Aloe Vera for me to use on it. It was so thoughtful, considerate and helpful seeing as I had no prepared for the aftercare whatsoever. And the little cabin/bungalow I was in was SO HOMEY. I loved it. My only complaint was that at 6'2 it was a squeeze. I felt like Will Ferrell in Elf at the North Pole. I hit my hand on a beam above my head at least once a day. The breakfast was small by American standards but it was tasty and homemade. It kept me full for a surprising amount of time. But Nyoman is a treasure and one of my favorite parts of my month long trip.

    Everything was perfect.

The room is comfortable. Good and central location with easy access by scooter or car (Grab and Gojek arrive really fast) from the beaches, Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park and the airport (30 min). Nice pool to relax. The best of this place are the owners, Nyoman and Tony, who made me feel so welcome, just like longtime friends. The breakfast was carefully prepared by Nyoman, who made a delicious gluten free bread to attend my food restriction. They serve really good coffee. The pets, cats and a dog called India, made my stay even better.
