My only complaint was the restaurant and the beach. The food was a hit and a miss. They kept bringing me cold veggies for breakfast. But the most annoying part were the gigantic flies. It made the experience super stressful most days. The lobster was bland and overcooked. But other dishes were good... although none were amazing. The beach... you're not in front og turqouise waters. It's not an ideal beach to lay down on because the "sand" isn't soft. I just walked 6 min to the beaches that were truly worth it. I booked the best room, in front of the ocean, but it has electricity cables ruining the view. The room was amazing, though! I'm just being picky.

The property is amazing. Great service. Staff incredible. Only adults, so... peace. The bed comfy. Everything clean and well kept. Definitely one of the top places to stay in the island. They're constantly offering you treats, juices, smiles. The presents in your room are so thoughtful. There's so much love put into this place. I had never experienced a hotel like this!

Overall great hotel and very friendly staff. Location is good and close to the best beach club Sands. The rooms were a bit small though and there are not that many sunbeds to share which was not so optimal. We really appreciated the small surprises everyday.

One of the best experiences ever, Pink Coco is amazing, the room is lovely, the constant surprises makes it really special. Staff is hospitable and the breakfast is great. Swimming pool very relaxed. We will come back!

The property was incredibly! It felt like in a fairytale. It really was one of it’s kind and everything was well thought out to make our time there as memorable and hospitable as ever!!!! This was the best hotel of all the 5 hotels that we stayed in Indonesia, hands down. Can’t wait to be back!

The room is a little small and there's not a lot of room for luggage/clothes. Very few channels on the TV, should have a smart tv for connection to netflix like some other hotels.

The staff were super. They gave us surprise treats during the day around the pool - delicious food and fruit drinks. The pool was great, good enough to do a decent swim or, if you prefer, to lounge on one of the pink floating beds.

Everything, the service specially is outstanding! Staff super attentive, responsive, they really make the difference. The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast is beautiful, the pool is so nice, and beach service was great too. Sunset at the hotel is lovely. We really regretted not being able to stay longer. We loved the little surprises! Amazing!

Everything was so amazing! The pool area is incredible, we loved all the treats they bring around. The little details like the surprises every night in your room, everything added to such a cool and fun experience. Staff went above and beyond. Nightly fire show, the hotel is located in the perfect sunset location and close to many other highly rated restaurants. Nice clean rooms, great shower pressure. Pool was heated, lovely temp! The spa massages here were fantastic!

HAVING TO LEAVE

Great place to stay, absolutely stunning and the staff that could not be more helpful and helpful. We did not want to leave and will be back. Breakfast on the beach was fantastic fresh fruits nice cooked breakfast Really prefect. With two restaurants within the hotel you have a nice choice of foods. They have a young chef Muhtar that is a young master chef he will go far, we had the pleasure to have our 38th wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff made a nice table on the beach and Muhtar cooked us a special Indonesian meal lots of different plates from regions around Indonesia he typed the menu explaining what we were eating than you. Nice touch every hour a little surprise beside the pool….. Last but not least the girls at the spa looks after us with great massages. A excellent hotel we will come back.

We went on our honeymoon and the stay was perfect - it truly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We were a bit worried about Bali belly, but everything went smoothly. The food was of great quality, and the meals we had at the hotel were also very good. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We had a small issue with the hot water at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved and we were even compensated. The hotel grounds are also excellent. There's a spa where we tried massages several times — all of them were relaxing, and once again, the staff was friendly and always smiling. The pool water was at a perfect temperature, and there were plenty of nice surprises throughout our stay. There were also some cats wandering around the hotel from time to time - super friendly and clearly well cared for. It was definitely a plus to see how the hotel looked after them. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, and they kindly prepared a takeaway bag for us. We’d especially like to praise Noval - affectionately nicknamed “Ronaldo” - and Pan for their warmth and kindness. They will stay in our memories and in our hearts! Kind regards, Mónica & Marta

Highly recommend. Right on the beach. Facilities are great. Staff is excellent, warm and always willing to accommodate anything that’s needed to give you an excellent day. We needed to change rooms and they upgraded us right away without question. Each night they offer a little surprise in the room, which was adorable. I also really loved being on the quiet side of the island.

I can only say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the cleanliness, the service, the kindness, the food (I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was) — everything was simply magical. Lorena, along with all the other staff (Jean, Mai, etc.), made our stay truly the best experience we had in all of Indonesia. We can’t wait to come back! I would recommend it with my eyes closed.

Everything! A place this “themed” (pink pink pink) could be kitsch - it wasn’t, it was glorious. Delighted in the style, the detail, the gentle humour, the thoughtful everything. Loved that it was adults only. Adored the exceptionally gracious, caring and friendly staff. And their promise to deliver “surprises for cool adults” was constantly over delivered! If pink wasn’t my favourite colour before, it is now.

Wow!! In our 4 months of travel this is hands down our favorite hotel on our journey. It lived up to its tag line of Constant Surprises - For Cool Adults Only. The people of the property, John who checked with us constantly to ensure we were having a good time, Rozi who attended to our every need in the dining area and Lorena, our Spanish buddy from Tenerife who made us feel like family - and not to forget Yuni who sorted out all of our transportation needs. We felt welcome from the moment we checked in and were lead to our Cocoon which was well appointed with a king size bed and huge bathroom with a unique shower. The TV has the necessary HDMI and USB ports to allow us to use our Google TV which was supported by a better than usual island WiFi. The room was serviced twice a day with two bottles of filtered water provided each time. The property is on the beach and a bit away from the main town, but there are shops and restaurants in both directions. PinkCoco features a wonderful restaurant with seating on the beach or on the second floor, where you can catch remarkable sunsets. The breakfast is from a menu with a variety of mains that also include coffee/tea, fruit juice smoothies, breads and unlimited selection of sides which is rather comprehensive (fruit plate, bacon, sausage, avocado, eggs, etc.) The pool has more than enough loungers and cabanas, we never were without seating. The property also has a spa that features a variety of massage packages, we chose the couples massage on mother's day. As for the surprises, they were plentiful but if I told you what they were, they wouldn't be a surprise. I can't say enough about this property and the wonderful people who make is such a cool place. Also, it was one of the first on our journey that really practiced sustainability - metal straws and hung towels are not replaced.

Everyone was so friendly. You really do get constant surprises, it almost makes you want to just stay there all day. The pink theme is great and even more fun if you go with it. We had some of the best meals (breakfast and dinner) of our whole vacation. Beautiful beach to see the sunset. Some days even with live saxophone music with a great vibe. They really put in an effort to make you comfortable and their kindness is genuine (eg. they even remember your name). If we go back to the gili islands, we will definitely be staying here again.

What a wonderful place, but especially its staff, everyone is too cordial, very helpful, I loved the surprises, the food is delicious. The spa at the same hotel is wonderful. The pool is wonderful. It really is a perfect place to rest. Wednesday's saxophone show was beautiful. I came to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect place, I was consisted all the time. Thank you Lorena, Yan. A great stay at this beautiful resort! The room was great with a cool touch having a turn down service each night. Whilst around the pool, staff would often bring small drinks or bites to eat which was nice touch.
