The biggest issue we faced was that, for some reason, we did not have hot water during the two days we stayed. The staff was very friendly—they provided us with a room where we could take a shower and compensated us with dinner—but it was still an inconvenience. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. This was the only hotel in Bali during our trip where check-in was as late as 3 PM and check-out as early as 11 AM.

Check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am, we asked for a late check out and they gave us until 12:00 pm. Wifi is weak and unstable.

Breakfast has a good selection and a good quantity, too. The location is very good, close to the beach and busy streets with a variety of shops and stores. The staff is nice and friendly; they assisted us with a beach club booking.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic – we have truly never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service before. Every little detail was taken care of with so much care, and all the special touches made us feel very welcome. The place was just as beautiful as in the photos – everything so wonderfully pink and perfectly styled. It was simply perfect! On top of that, there is a stunning beach only a three-minute walk away, which made the experience even more unforgettable. I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you so much for having us.

The surfer room was a little awkward. We've stayed in the other rooms and much better.

We loved everything about the property! The staff were so attentive, the constant surprises were great, the location was spot on. Uluwatu has so much to offer, bars, restaurants, shops, beach. A great touch was having the beauty salon attached to the back of the hotel. Such amazing treatments on offer. We can only highly recommend this property for an unforgettable holiday!

The food in the restaurant was a bit expensive and the pizza could be improved. Having more Balinese options would be nice as well.

Its very close to Padang Padang Beach as well as restaurants and shops. It has amazing pools and places to relax around the property. we had a large veranda off our room that had a view of the ocean. Also the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The shower looked nice but wasn’t very practical.

The room was a great size, bed was comfy and the pool area was lovely. Our room got cleaned twice a day and in the evening we were given little treats which was a lovely touch. If you spend the day by the pool they also hand out free snacks. The breakfast choice was huge!

Absolutely everything! Trip advisor actually contacted me to ask if I’d received any incentives to write the review I did 😂. The only thing wife and I received was exceptional service! From the moment We checked in We felt so special. Super friendly and helpful Indonesian staff working extremely hard and never without a smile on their faces. Top Italian Chef running the kitchen where delicious food was served. Dj set or live singer during dinner.. Our room was incredible! Go for the horizon view if you can! Breakfast was included and the best we had over our few weeks travelling. Thanks again to all @ PinkCoCo Uluwatu ❤️

A lovely special place to stay where you feel like a VIP your whole stay. The rooms are beautiful and quite private from each other. Our room had a lovely day bed outside for the afternoon reading/relaxing session. The three pools are all lovely and have lots of options for sitting and lazing by them with a free drink station and an honesty bar. We even got free snacks by the pool. The restaurant is the best Italian I have ever had, and the breakfast was next level. So convenient for Padang padang beach as well. Just stay here!

We absolutely loved everything! The staff were amazing , everyone was so cheerful and helpful. The hotel and pool were wonderful , and the attention to detail! Each night we had a turn down service, cookies and a little message written on the mirror. Free snacks by the pool too!

I wouldn't change anything! As some reviews note, the bathrooms can be a little muggy / stinky (I found all bathrooms in Bali to be that way, many of which are outdoors), so I just kept the bathroom door closed. Not a problem at all.

The room was very spacious, the daily breakfast was incredible, there were little surprise snacks/drinks at the pool and in the room, the two pools were awesome, and the staff was very friendly.

I adore the Pink Coco. It’s like a Barbie playhouse and the pools are delightful. My room had a balcony & an ocean view which were both superb. I also loved how kind the staff were not just to all their guests but also to the neighbouring cats, you could tell they really cared for them. As an animal lover this was a big plus for me.
