Breakfast not good

Overall, I found the hotel to be very beautiful and exceptionally clean, with staff who were truly welcoming and professional. I sincerely appreciate the high standard of service provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the breakfast. While it offers a variety of options, the quality of Arabic dishes was not up to expectations. For Arab guests, it would be a great improvement to include more authentic and flavorful Arabic cuisine. I believe enhancing this aspect will make the overall guest experience even better

1-Rooms are aged 2-Towels are worn-out 3-Breakfast Buffet need significant improvement, need more choices for Arabs as majority of hotel guests are from GCC. 4-Music played in breakfast buffet noisey and annoying. 5-Bad house keeping.

They charge me for two bottles of water that were missed in the room during the check out, and to get out from the hotel in rush to catch my flight in Jakarta, I had to pay them for it more than 200k IDR. If they clean the rooms, I am sure they will find it.

I preferred a wider range of plates in the restaurant, especially on the open buffet day.

The hotel has a nice location, with many good facilities. It is a little bit far away from anything else, so arrange for a car for your extra activities. The staff is amazing, everything is very good, the views, the services... etc.

Need to wait long time for my luggage to got deliver into my room. The other guest beside me got offer for welcome drink, which i didn't.

Lots of food choices for breakfast. Most of the food taste good and fresh. The view was breathtaking especially during nice weather.

The package didn't include breakfast and had to pay an additional amount for it. Hot water didn't run through the whole night.

Stayed in the villa and it was equipped quite well. Food was fantastic (breakfast). It was easy to get someone to send the buggy to and fro. Friendly staff throughout the whole stay.

The location is in remote area, to go to the life area you need to hire a car with driver (by yourself through online). Or to go somewhere you still need a hired car. Blue bird does not operate in this area. There is no restaurants or cafes to eat around. So depend on hotel food all the time. Hotel is up on the hills, its good for newly weds from GCC, or good for families with kids to enjoy the pool, mountain cool wetaher..

The hotel is up to standards, has good room, excellent breakfast. The staff is very polite.

The hotel needs to do something about the toilet sewage. It gives very unpleasant odour and gets worse at night.

The worst part of the place was the fridge, which only had a fan and didn’t cool anything. You had to store your cold drinks elsewhere to keep them cold. Additionally, the internet connection was very weak.

The room was exactly as requested and clean. The place itself was very nice, and the staff were helpful and cooperative.
