    Superb
    • Business trip
    • Solo traveller
    • Superior Room

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. I had a lovely massage in the spa. There were two pools so I didn't have to walk far to access the one at the back of the property. I loved that it was closer to nature then some of the other hotels

My room did not have a separate shower, only a separate shower head above the bath. So showering was terrible. And when I asked at the reception for a small bottle of water, I had to pay 18,000 because of the high service costs Breakfast was good, but really basic

Good location, nearby Ubud centrum and main streets

Nothing. Except for the other guests and travellers who were exceptionally noisy when either checking in, checking out or coming back to theirs rooms at ungodly hours of the morning.

A fabulous location with a stunning pool. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops and all the action in Ubud.

The only issues we had were ants but that just Bali for you which we were completely ok with

The place was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and kind. It was my partners birthday and even with just 2 hour notice I asked if they could possibly do anything to make his birthday a bit more special and they went above and beyond and made him a cake and even sang him happy birthday it truly made our stay. THANK YOU 🙏🏼 Highly recommended this place

The lighting in the rooms could be brighter. We found the pot lights and lamps did not provide enough light after dark. The marble corridor floors are exceptionally slippery when wet. It rained an entire day during our stay, and the floors were treacherous.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were spacious with large balconies.

Our Superior room was damp and smelled of must. We almost changed rooms but it was in a good location for the pool so we decided not to. It was a little old in the bathroom and the shower needed a bit of repairing.

Lovely quiet resort away from the busyness and the crowds of Ubud. A peaceful haven of tranquility

The shower over the bath is impossible to use.

The hotel is well-positioned at the end of a busy street. The back pool is pleasant. The bed is comfortable and the balcony off the room is good. Glad we were not downstairs as all walk past. The breakfast was basic but enjoyable.

Stay was brilliant. Only VERY minor things that I barely even noticed. Beds were slightly hard but we slept fine anyway. Shower water didn’t go down the drain very fast and would sometimes spill over. Food was lovely but slightly more expensive than other options on the same street.

Property was beautifully maintained with two lovely pools. Rooms were spacious and air conned. Super clean and relaxing. Food was lovely and staff were amazing.

The rooms can be a bit more clean and offer some better soaps/shampoo products.

The infinity swimming pool is picturesque and relaxing. We spent a lot of time chilling there. The breakfast was superb and they offered omelettes cooked in front of you to your liking. The jungle vibe of the hotel garden is great. Exactly what you need in Ubud.

Only comment is that possibly some higher pressure in the shower.

Staff were really excellent, breakfast was good and great location in Bisma - plenty of restaurants/warungs close by, with about 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. Gardens are really well maintained with the lower pool being a very quiet and pleasant location.

I requested all 4 rooms together and unfortunately that didn't happen. When we went to breakfast, which was only once, at 8am we had to ask for extra food, there was nothing in the trays and no cups for tea or coffee. Service was very poor

The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was clean and well kept

FYI- Don’t get confused when they say free parking it’s for scooters 🛵 not cars 🚗. - Broken bathtub - Weird noise coming from the ceiling in the bathroom

    - Walking distance to Ubud Center - Walking distance to the Sacred Monkey Forest - Large room - Nice garden, well maintained - Friendly staff - Good breakfast (buffet) - Hotel in a dynamic area with shops & restaurants, but no noice at night so you can sleep without worries - They can arrange tour/excursions
