Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. It was my partners birthday and even with just 2 hour notice I asked if they could possibly do anything to make his birthday a bit more special and they went above and beyond and made him a cake and even sang him happy birthday it truly made our stay. CanadaThe lighting in the rooms could be brighter. We found the pot lights and lamps did not provide enough light after dark. The marble corridor floors are exceptionally slippery when wet. It rained an entire day during our stay, and the floors were treacherous.

United KingdomStay was brilliant. Only VERY minor things that I barely even noticed. Beds were slightly hard but we slept fine anyway. Shower water didn’t go down the drain very fast and would sometimes spill over. Food was lovely but slightly more expensive than other options on the same street.
Property was beautifully maintained with two lovely pools. Rooms were spacious and air conned. Super clean and relaxing. Food was lovely and staff were amazing.

The infinity swimming pool is picturesque and relaxing. We spent a lot of time chilling there. The breakfast was superb and they offered omelettes cooked in front of you to your liking. The jungle vibe of the hotel garden is great. Exactly what you need in Ubud.
