The place could use more staff members as it was one lady at the reception and restaurant and basically anywhere trying to deal with everything :-D, she had a very nice welcoming attitude though.

Fantastic pool and breakfast, lovely quiet location with little to no noise at night. Breakfast was a la carte and very tasty. Staff were so friendly and as it was a smaller hotel they definitley get to know you during your stay! Room was older but spotless clean with a great shower, bed was reasonably comfortable. Used the pool a lot and usually had it to ourselves! Would stay again for how friendly the staff were and the quiet location.

Needs a little update on furniture and a bathroom sink faucet.

The staff are prompt, diligent and courageous. The atmosphere of the hotel is serene, the pool is clean and beautifully designed with plumeria trees.

Although an area to eat - breakfast great but for dinner better to go out to a local restaurant. Sliding doors on wardrobe kept coming off track or getting stuck, however staff quick to rectify.

Very clean and well kept. Great staff. Pool always clean and ready to use. Very large room which was very comfortable. Security staff always on hand to greet us departing or arriving back from our day trips and appreciate they assisted with any communication difficulties with cab drivers

The couch in the room could use an upgrade but we didn't even feel the need to use it. The first room we were provided the toilet blocked after first use however the staff quickly moved us to a different room with no repercussions. The bed a little bit firmer than I prefer but still comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room/bathroom were very spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and any food we ate at the hotel was good. The pool area was lovely. Clean and tidy, comfy chairs and shade provided by umbrellas. The location is good, nice and quiet as it is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the main streets however an easy walk. The Warung at the end of the street has delicious food.

The rooms are looking a little tired. Sliding doors from the wardrobe getting stuck or falling off. Some of the laminate on the cupboards is peeling off. Towels, bedsheets are wearing thin. Pillows should be replaced, becoming stained and lumpy.

Quiet location, friendly staff, very clean, lovely pool. The staff were extremely helpful when a taxi driver got lost to pick us up, the staff got in contact with him.

Fabric of the building and rooms could do with some love. The white bed linen, whilst clean, was also stained which did not impress my wife! Beds were extremely hard.

I like the room with pool acess, however, the room and the facilities are pretty old and looks like it outdated! The outside is pretty but the interior is old. However, the staff were really really nice and helpful! The pool is clean and the price is fine!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and had many options. The room was very quiet. You might hear noise in someone’s room through their door in the corridor but nothing in your room. Large comfortable room.
