Gardens are beautiful, staff are lovely, Pools are great, rooms are decent; clean, looked after. I do love this place and will definitely and absolutely be back! Excellent location too!

The drain in the bathroom sink wasn't covered so I could see a build up of hair and pieces of corn. Restaurant didnt have a lot of choice- Indonesian dishes and pizza.

Great location. Air con was cool, loved the water container and fridge on the balcony. Best gym we have ever seen in a hotel! 25 min walk to night food market.

Air con in gym not very efficient and couldn’t get the cold fans working but that is ok it was a hot workout that burnt off a few bintangs.

Stayed for a week in August, great location backing onto beach. Restaurant was a bonus and food very good. The 3 pools not big but were always nice and clean and not crowded. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and attended to daily. The resort was very typically Balinese with lovely gardens and a choice of rooms.

Close to everything. Lovely staff. Be fantastic if restaurant was upgraded and additions to menu.

It’s a great spot. It’s easy to get to the spas and I love the fact it’s on the beach. I walked along the promenade every morning and evening.

The pool was not clean.The staff were not very helpful which is unusual in Bali perhaps it was just because my last hotel was amazing . They were sending someone to help with cases and it didn’t happen. The rooms are tired but clean . If you are looking for a cheap beachside option this a possibility. There are lovely villas one street caci for a similar price so it depends how much you want to be on the beach . Note they don’t have sunbeds or banting the beach like other properties

The beds are a bit hard, but that seems to be common in Bali, even in the expensive places. It looks a bit dated and the wifi is not very good.

Everything. This hotel is a hidden gem. Clean, peaceful, tranquil, central, & incredible value for money. The garden is lush and beautiful. The staff are calm, accommodating and very polite. The pool was clean and refreshing. The details of all the interior’s & furniture around the hotel are so lovely. The room was absolutely lovely, clean, well furnished and amazing amenities. Comfy bed. Every room has a little kitchenette attached with a water cooler station, kettle ect. So you can fill your drink bottle and save plastic. The hot water system is solar powered, which is a great initiative for the hotel to take. The location is fantastic too. We absolutely loved our time here, would definitely come back.

Great location, right on the beach. Excellent value for money. Lots of sun beds around the various pools and overlooking the beach.

The restaurant menu isn’t amazing, but there are so many places to eat nearby that it doesn’t matter.

Great location right on the beach. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room we booked was larger than expected. The room and bathroom spotlessly clean. We did not have breakfast included and tended to eat out mainly because the restaurant was so quiet that we wanted to go somewhere a bit more lively. We had the private bungalow which was lovely and quiet.

The property is an older more traditional property as mentioned by others. This means your rooms are generally quite dark (or at least our one was) and the likes of tiles, taps etc in the bathroom very dated but that is all made up for by the cleanliness, location, staff and pricing. However, the areas around the pools also very tired looking and the pools themselves looked a bit grimy and one in particular quite murky. Where the condition of the buildings is to be expected etc I don't think that excuses the pools which looked like they could do with a good clean. I think the main pool areas (not the one by the restaurant) let down the property the most as all the gardens & traditional buildings surrounding etc are quite lovely.

The location is exceptional. The garden family room was clean, comfortable, and adequate. Its fantastic value for money and right in the beach.

Other guests booking pool side chairs and then disappearing for 3 hours!
