Very practical for all those who have a morning flight and don’t want to stress in Bali’s traffic. The hotel is right inside the airport, making it super easy for grabbing your luggage and checking in whenever you need to. The capsule beds are pretty comfortable and the bathroom has a lot of room

payment could have been made clearer.... staff banged my door in the middle of my stay and in the middle of the night to ask for payment while i was sleeping while it could have been done upon check out. prices booked onsite and on demand is slightly cheaper than on booking.com

It is freezing cold in there!! Be sure to be prepared if you are a bit sensitive. I couldn't sleep ❄️❄️

It can get noisy with people coming and going.

The hotel is convenient for a late arrival. It's easy to find, check-in was quick and the receptionist friendly. They provide a towel, water, toothbrush and toothpaste.

Not really anywhere to open up a big suitcase to grab stuff for the night. I recommend having what you need ready in a separate bag

Very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. Bit of a novelty too, like sleeping in a space ship. There are lockers for your bags or you can store bigger bags and shared bathroom facilities. Good for a night when needed.

The blue blanket didn't seem clean as it had someone else's hair on it. I used it anyway. One locker didn't lock. Luckily, we did not need every locker.

We had to stay over at the airport as we had a late flight and a ferry the next day only. This was the perfect place for a 5 hour sleep. We had lockers to store our bags, water bottles in the pods and clean linen.

It was a little noisy at some periods but that is to be expected- most people were considerate of their surroundings and the others in the pods

Due to a domestic delay we missed our international flights. It gave the 5 of us the opportunity to have a short layover night/morning in comfort close to the airport at a very reasonable price.

Beds are not the most comfortable. All the pods are in the same very big room, so it can get loud and people arrive at any time of the night so could interrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper.

The sliding doors into the bunks seem to slam open and shut, so I would get woken up when someone next to me kept getting up to go to the bathroom.

It's on the second floor of the airport so it's great if you missed your flight like me :/ Also the pods are like cosy little bunkers. Once I put my noise cancelling headphones on it was really cosy

Very convenient and surprising clean! A great place to stop and sleep while transiting. Good facilities and affordable. You get a towel, blanket, pillow, water, charging stations and showers.

The noise level was extremely high, and the staff did not intervene to address it. At 1 AM, there were still loud laughter, banging doors, music, and other disturbances caused by young people who did not respect quiet hours. The staff appeared indifferent to the situation. Additionally, I was unable to charge any of my devices, including my phones and watch, as none of the USB ports in my pod were working. This was very stressful, especially since I needed to catch an early and long flight and was unable to get any rest.

Shower and Pods are very good.
