Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The hotel was amazing and felt very luxurious, and we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had, including a relaxing swimming pool and decking, and gym. We liked how spacious and comfortable the rooms were, even having a bathtub and a living room area. The service of the staff and porters, especially Alfath, really made our stay more relaxing. We also really enjoyed the variety of options and how delicious the food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was.
