Staff was friendly, the rooms were good, they forgot to clean the rooms while we were away in the day twice in our stay of 5 days, but after we called them they immediately sent the housekeeping staff.. water bottles are only given once a day and that too only 2 small bottles, so pl carry extra bottles along with you when you check in. The location if very central, the beach is close, restaurants, night clubs and shopping are not too far away. The breakfast mainly comprises of Indonesian food and eggs.. The pool is nice and has some soft music playing there all through the day. Good amount of parking space for guest. Traffic in Seminyak is always terrible though, a motorcycle is a recommended option to use for your travel.

Cobble stones on drive. Very hard to walk on. Sometimes they forgot to give us towels or toilet rolls. We had to ask for something every day.

Good locality to Main Street. Nice rooms.

Shower head was a bit dodgy and water temperature wasn’t amazingly hot , aircon sometimes leaked

Location is very good as it is a short walk away from the beach and across the road from a convenience store , bed was made and rooms cleaned everyday, staff were beyond expectational and very accommodating, breakfast was provided every morning (buffet style ) and was fantastic

The internet in my room wasn’t very good. (But the WiFi was excellent in the dining room). The one thing the hotel could improve is the internet signal strength from the rooms.

I liked the room it was big. Lots of light with air con. The shower was hot. I liked the pool, I liked the on site spa facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. The dining area was mainly quiet during the day so I would sit there to get on the WiFi and work on my laptop. The breeze was nice in the lobby.

The loud construction beside the property (not the hotel's fault), but a better sound-proofed room could make a difference. Also, the pool is next to the construction site as well. The pool was pleasant, but the noise - not.

Quality of food in breakfast is low swimming pool and towel didn't clean. The pictures in booking.com is old pictures can be that pictures when their business start.

Room did not have any towels when i arrived and had to check in with the staff as to what went on. They explained that there was a delay with the laundry but feels like something that could have been updated to me during check in.

Gym equipment needs repairs, and is quit basic. Breakfast was pretty plain, and some of the pastries were stale. Check in process was late and I was left waiting around for an hour.

Staff were incredibly helpful, and happy to give recommendations. Room was very comfortable, clean and facilities were great inside. Pool is fantastic, a longer shape so can do laps if needed. Also great to have a gym on site.
