The hotel îs very conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the sunset side of the island which has the Best restaurants and of course Lumbung beach club with live music every night. The hotel îs very intimate and relaxing. It îs exactly what we wished for and needed to recharge our bateriei. The staff îs extremely friendly and arrange whatever you want

There were very minor issues with our room that were mostly resolved but none that would put us off returning. This is a compact but well laid out site and might not suit those looking to spend time mainly in their hotel but for us who enjoyed being on the beaches and snorkelling by day, watching sunsets in beach bars in the evening and then eating out it was ideal. Some reviewers have mentioned the noise from amplified prayers from the mosque. The bungalows are solidly constructed and the sound insulation was such that we never found this intrusive. Some of the narrow roads and tracks that criss cross Gili Air get very muddy with deep puddles when it rains but you can pick your way through it and it soon dries out.

What makes this place exceptional are the people who run it. I think it is in the nature of Indonesian people to be charming and welcoming but Faulia and Hans were exceptionally so. Hans' took such obvious pleasure in delighting us with lovingly prepared breakfasts and his care and attention to cleaning and tidying our rooms was a service unlike I have experienced anywhere else on holiday. Faulia manages this and two other establishments but lives on site and always seems to be around and is wonderful source of information about the islands. She helps give the place a family run feel which we enjoyed and has a delightful sense of humour.

Maybe kind of expensive relatively speaking, but the price is clear, and it’s hard to tell unless you see other places/ prices, so you be the judge of that.

Faulia and rest of staff soooo kind and helpful. Anticipating and helping with anything you need from a cool drink or coffee to arrangements to aloe Vera for sunburn. Very comfortable, quiet small place. Everything very new and functioning really well (a/c, tv, salt pool) with nice design, green little garden in an otherwise quite dry and dusty environment.

Nothing everything was spot on

Our stay was awesome, just what we needed: a clean room with good air-conditioning, a hot shower, a nice pool with sun lounges . Faulia and her staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. With restaurant suggestions and booking advice. They really made use feel welcome. So much so we stayed on for a few more days... I would highly recommend

We liked everything! If I needed to come up with one thing, it would be that it’s not right at the beach. But still, it’s only a few minutes walk to reach the nearest one.

Staff at Paradise Villa was extremely friendly and helpful, they really want to make guests feel like home right from the arrival! Room was even nicer than what we expected, really clean and the bed was comfy. Pool was refreshing and the staff even offered us snacks and coffee when were staying there after a beach day! They also offered to fill in our water bottles there to help us avoid buying new plastic bottles all the time.

The staff was exceptional. Catered to all of our needs and always welcomed us with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate. The open kitchen is not very useful but is a very comfortable space to hang out. We actually spent 2 out of 4 evenings just listening to music and having a drink.

It would have been nice to have had a bar facility to have a wine/ beer or cocktail while relaxing by the pool. It was a short walk from the beach but no sea view. We also weren’t too keen on the loud chants / singing from a nearby mosque.

We loved the modern standard of the room and how clean it was. The ambience of the resort was quiet and serene with lovely gardens and well maintained pool. The reception area was manned 24/7 by very friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves on most days.

Only thing that should be changed is the shower head

The property is very new and clean. The pool is very nice and cold, perfect on a hot day. It feels very relaxing there and the staff is amazing. Always super friendly and helpful.

Not sure, it had everything I needed.

The villa is really close to the sunset beach side and the Main Street, where most of the goods thing are on the island, but still quiet. I also had to do a few video work calls in the evening and the room had a desk and good wifi, and there was also a nice outdoor kitchen/dining area by the pool where I could do some work easily while still feeling on an island. I had the pool to myself because there were no other guests when I stayed. I really appreciated the friendly staff met me at the harbour and carried my stuff to the room.

We loved everything g about this property. It was relaxing, had comfortable rooms, pool and grounds. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging bikes and snorkel equipment. We highly recommend it.

the price we paid for breakfast (coffee, juice, eggs) was much higher than the one indicated on booking.com. In the afternoon the manager was there to collect our payment. I asked him to explain the matter and... he explains it so far😎 FYI: on booking.com the price of breakfast for 2 people is IDR 83k, we paid ~IDR 300k.

An intimate facility, in a great location. The man who is on site 24 hours a day is extremely nice and works non-stop and takes care of the entire place. The bathroom is large, the room a bit smaller than usual, but it had everything you need. The most important advantage is the outdoor space where you can relax. I was a little bit surprised that the "private pool" was shared with two other rooms, but it didn't bother us at all. The most important thing is that it was clean and the water was pleasantly cool;) The facility is located in a somewhat intimate street but very close to the beach, warungs, restaurants and shops.

Nice rooms very clean. Nice bed and Aircon. Good bathroom. Facilities as such none apart from the pool. Difficult to find but once you learn is fine.

The bathroom was a bit odd. Has stones for the drains, and always had a bit of a smell about it. There is not much common area or gardens or ground for chilling out in. We headed to captain coconuts for morning coffees/breakast. Pool was very small, but nice for a quick dip

Staff are absolutely amazing. Hans was always on hand to help us with bikes, info, luggage storage etc Fairly close to port, and the nice SW coast for sunset... both less than 5 mins son bike
