Incredible accommodation, the best of our trip in Indonesia! The private villa we stayed in is fantastic, it's been newly built and had access to a private sun lounging area and pool. The staff are so kind and helpful, the room is freshly made up daily with little extras like fresh water bottles daily which is a huge plus. The area is also fantastic, beautifully quiet, a little oasis on the island.

Such beyond caring staff, who helped us with any request and arranged our onwards transport for us. The rooms especially with the outdoor bathrooms are gorgeous. Such a nice vibe, clean, friendly would 100% recommend.

Staff was extremely kind - they took me with the bike back to the harbour for free ( the horse is 10 euros , very expensive). Breakfast was very good and fresh When i left i received i very cute suvenir For me the location was the best - very quiet, like a oasis in the middle of the chaos The room was very nice, clean and open bathroom was amazing

I was working remotely and the Wifi wasn't the best — I got stuck on a few online meetings because of connection. Also, there was a construction happening just outside my room, which was a bit annoying, but I guess it was a bad timing for me (nothing the staff could). The light system in the room and bathroom wasn't the best (only white lights that ruin the coziness of the place, and some extra spot of lights wouldn't be bad. In addition, it would be great to have a card machine to take payments, it was difficult to handle money there.

My stay at Pantai Karang was fantastic, I stayed there for 8 nights and the place quickly became like a second home. The room was very comfortable and cleaned everyday, and the pool/outside gardens are beautiful and such a vibe. I love the open bathroom in the room, it was wonderful to shower with some sunshine. The staff was also AMAZING — they helped with every single detail I needed, they were so kind and helpful (they made my stay even more special). Breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I really liked the place, the location was also nice, a bit far from the center but by bike super easy to get anywhere. The staff was really amazing, always available to help me. I truly recommend this place, I will be back for sure :)

We loved everything. It was perfect. We were very lucky to find it at the last minute as it is almost always fully booked, we could not dream better for our short stop in the island. Quiet area. Good breakfast. Bungalow clean and spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything! All the staff made me feel extremely welcome. The location of the property is very peaceful and in good strategic location to all local amenities. The food was delicious, the whole site is very clean and tidy. Perfectly located away from the hussle and bussel of gili t. There isn't anywhere else I'd rather stay on gili t.

Internet wasn’t the best but this was not a problem for us as we barely used it.

The rooms were beautiful! So clean and full of light. Loved the bathroom and the shower (under the stars 😍) The staff were amazing! So helpful, polite and always willing to help and made us feel at home. The owner is a very hard working man who is doing an amazing job with this place. The rooms have good air conditioning, fridge with drinks and snacks (good prices) and you can watch a movie using the dvd player and pick a movie from reception (which we didn’t have time to do) The pool is great! Perfect to cool down and beat the Gili’s heat! Beach towels are also provided. You can also rent a bike from them which we did. We picked this locations as we did want to be in a quiet area and closer to turtle point which worked perfectly. However if you are like us and do not want to use the horses cart, be ready to sweat a bit pushing your luggage about 1.5km. Which we gladly did, the road a part from a few meters to the hotel (which is a dirt road) are well paved so you can walk there, it is perfectly doable, we both carried a 7kg backpack and pushed a 22kg suitcase Horses of Gili sanctuary is just a few streets from the accomodation which we only found out the last day! It is a great non for profit organisation that provides free veterinary care to the working horses and rescues others. They rely on donations and do beach morning WALKS (No rides!) which we missed as we found out too late 😭 We did not have the breakfast either as we left before, so unsure as to what the options for vegans would have been. Our ferry was delayed so we came back and were allowed to have a swim in the pool to cool down, way after check out and they even gave us a towel to use. 💯 recommend

We had the best three days! The staff are so friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was lovely each day and the location is close to sunset beach area. Bikes were easily rented for 24hrs to get around. Celebrated our birthday there and the staff made it special! Thanks so much, look forward to next time.

Very good attention from the staff, they help you in all the procedures to get to know the island. The place is very clean and quiet. It's not on the main street, but you can get everywhere by bike.

The walls of the bungalows are extremely thin. If you happen to have noisy neighbours you will certainly hear them and may affect your sleep. Also, double check if you have visiting in the last week of Ramadan. If you visit in this last week of Ramadan there will be praying over a loud speaker over the island, this will affect your sleep.

The accomodation was kept very clean by the staff. The staff were extremely nice and helped you with anything that you needed. Mosquito repellent was provided, along with scents to deter any mosquitoes. The accomodation is a short bike ride from the main strip so it is good to get away from the busyness of town. The room had great air conditioning.

Nothing, it's the best

This place is fabulous! We stayed for 1 month in Indonesia and this was our absolute favourite of our entire stay. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, beautiful outside bathroom and a very nice breakfast in the mornings. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets most days. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful and very accommodating. Honestly cannot fault this place, would recommend 100% Also a 5 minute walk to the beach to swim with turtles 😁🐢
