The room was dated. The toilet seat was falling apart and had to request an immidiate repair (which was gladly done). They advertise they have hair dryers but with approx 100 rooms they have got only 3 hair dryers for apprpx 200 guests!!! I have asked for it 3 times on different days and the answer was always the same - guests haven't returned it yet. Of course they are not gonna return it as they wouldn't get a chance to borrow it again. The room had ants running all over surfaces and bed. Had crisps in a room and binned them and then the bin was full of ants (within minutes). Sheet had stains.. I understand it's a cheap hotel but maintenamce and repairs should be up to date.

Location was great. Right in the centre. Pool was ok too even though we didn't get the chance to use it. Staff helped us to rent scooters so that's appreciated.

Value for money, decent location beside a supermarket. No frills but clean and tidy. Has a pool.

The shower curtain could use a wash, and the balcony door didn’t lock properly.

The bed was fantastic!! Finally the perfect temperature, no mosquitos, away from the sounds of the street, but very central. The people behind the reception were super friendly!

WiFi is horrific unless you’re in the hallway or reception so defo not a remote work friendly hotel Bathroom drain was pretty smelly, just kept the door closed.

The bathroom does not look the same as in the pictures and did not have a proper shower. The water was either really hot or really cold. There where also just three jets coming out of the shower head. In summary: you could not take a proper shower.

* the Cottage is old & small. * The bed & the bellows are cold and wet. * No water heater for shower while the place is cold up in the mountains. * The breakfast are so limited options & no specialty coffee while they are near kintamany “ which is famous town for coffee “ * many Mosquitoes 🦟 in the room.

The hotel needs to fumigate the building due to ant infestation in room- they seem to be living in the foundations of the building. We didn’t keep food in the room but there were small ants everywhere even on the bed. Balcony door wasn’t fitted properly therefore didn’t close. Wifi wasn’t great. Morning prayer calling from mosque next door sounded like it was coming from inside the room waking us up every morning - I hate to complain about things like this as I respect the religion/culture of where I’m staying :( but it is was so loud I had to take sleeping pill on last night.

Great service from the cleaners. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Modern and comfy rooms. Very good location. This place has a lot of potential!

the hotel is under construction and we did not know this when arriving. cannot use the pool and we had to switch rooms as the first room had a really strong smell of paint and chlorine

we only staid in this hotel for one night before going to the airport and for that it was totally fine! location is a little bit of, but easy walk down to restaurants and shops.

Lovely hotel, great pool and such friendly staff! Perfect location to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and easy drive to other spots. Lots of parking on site. Only thing was, we got some laundry done and three of our T-shirts came back completely stained all over! So I would recommend staying here but take your laundry elsewhere!

MOLD IN THE BATHROOM??! I don‘t know when the last time was when anything in the bathroom was cleaned, everything was dirty (behind the sink - a nightmare). Because the bathroom was so dirty it kind of ruined the whole stay because then we didn‘t know if they even clean the sheets of the bed right…

That we could leave after 1 night.

There was a strong mold smell in the bathroom and you could see the mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Also the elevator smelt really bad. It was a cheap hotel though so it makes sense.

The beds were pretty clean and comfortable.
