It didn't have a fridge! But we knew that.

The room was large with a private bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Quiet and very central. We walked to most places. Every 3 days all linen is changed and full cleaning is done. The people are friendly, kind, and wonderful. You feel at home. We used their car service from the airport to Ubud for 40K. Very comfortable ride and he was waiting for us. I highly recommend this stay. Worth every penny.

Clean and spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. I’m usually quite picky about mattresses and pillows (I even brought my own pillow all the way from England!), but to my surprise, I happily used theirs. The guesthouse is run by a lovely family, which made our stay even more pleasant. We also booked their private taxi service for a day trip and for our transfer to Sanur Harbor—both were excellent.

Everything was good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel .Everything went perfectly from the moment I arrived. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious, with a large and modern bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and discreet, always available when needed but never intrusive. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay in Bali. I would definitely return!

I had a great stay and the room had everything I needed. The owners are so kind and helpful. Excellent location for quick walks into Ubud center or motorbike pickups for longer distances. Would recommend!

Excellent location along a quiet street off the main road in central Ubud, where all the attractions are within walking distance. Most of ask, the staff, Wacham, was a gentle, kind man who attended to all my questions and requests patiently.

The tiniest problem was the WiFi is very weak on the far side of the room due to the thick walls. This is resolved by sitting on the comfortable seated area with table on your balcony, which was very nice.

I was really impressed with Pandu Guest House. The room, the location, the shower and the staff was exceptional. I will definitely stay here if/when I return to Ubud.

My time at Pandu Guest House was perfect! Room is comfortable, the bed is great, and theres hot shower with great pressure. The location is very good too, is close to the main street but still more quiet. Washam and Eka are super nice, and, of you like dogs theres is 2 that come to welcome you everyday, Brownie and Chloe :)

- Probably due to the country’s humidity, some parts of the walls seem wet and moldy, and at one point, fungi even grew from the doorframe 😅 - A fridge could be useful - Internet speed was okay but had some issues with reliability when having video chats

This is easily one of the best places we’ve stayed at during our travels. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having a water dispenser, which was a huge plus for us.

I love this cute, clean, comfortable accommodation with lovely people who owns it. I am coming back everytime when I am in Ubud and when it is free🙏. As a lonely traveller I am feeling very safe at that place. It is clean and also from the balcony there is a beautiful view. I didn’t have any negative experiences.

I’ve stayed at Pandu for 10 nights and had the best time. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, also I loved my terrace. The owner was very kind and helpful and always checked with me when the room can be tidied to make sure they won’t disturb me. The town centre was just a few minutes walk with all the shops, restaurants and the art market. And regardless of being so in the centre the room wasn’t noisy at all. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, right at the center of Ubud. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Owner is very friendly and can give good suggestions on places to visit and where to eat.

It is very noisy even at night (roosters, bikes on the road) which we could hear even through ear plugs. Bathroom was almost always wet and usually did not dry up before we took another shower. There wasn't any hand towel in the bathroom. The room did not get cleaned throughout our stay, but we stayed only few nights, so not a big deal. They would probably clean up upon request.

Very clean and nice room. Great location near center of Ubud. Drinking water available for free. Kettle and cups for making tea available in the room. Got a hair dryer upon request.
