This is a very busy hotel and it can be very noisy anytime of the day depending on your next door guests. I stay for three nights, was awaken by the next door guests at late night also early morning.

For breakfast, last year's breakfast feels better. Maybe because there were so many people having breakfast at that time, so that many trays were empty. A bit smelly at the pool, guess it's the smell of Semarang lumpia though. The pool could be cleaner.

The location is in the center of the city, close to so many tourism spots. The lobby was clean and recently renovated it seems. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfy for 3 people. Overall is good, worth the price 👍🏻

Easily accessible as it’s located in the middle of the city, the hotel was clean but certain area was clearly need some maintenance. We booked 3 deluxe and 1 family room, all of the rooms were spacious and very clean, however, the shower sink at one of the room is clogged but the hotel staff take care of it quickly after we informed them so service was also great! breakfast was okay, have some varieties enough to keep you full until lunch, the pool was not that big but it is clean our children loves it so much

Staying at Pandanaran Hotel makes us easy to go anywhere. The location is superb which near to bank, souvenirs shops, Simpang Lima area and even the historical Lawang Sewu building which only walking distance. The breakfast is good and we can choose from eastern and western meal. In one evening when it was heavy rain outside, we had dinner in the restaurant too and the meal was good except the way they cook pasta. Sometimes it's too soft, and sometimes it's not well cooked. The room was quite spacious for 3 persons in 1 room.

The pool areas tables and chairs were old. There was only one sunchair that you could use and there was three of us :) We tried to book a driver from the hotel to Jepara harbour. The hotel gave as double the price that our other hotel at Karimunjawa offered for us for the same driving. But this of course might not be the hotels mistake. They told what the taxi company told the price is. :)

Pandanaran hotel is clean. The rooms are clean and there is hot water with good pressure in the showers. The pool area is beatifull and the pool is clean. The staff is really friendly and try to do their best for the quests. We had some problems with english language but everything worked out really well. Breakfast is good and tasty :) The hotel is situated near Simpang Lima. There is some small warungs near hotel.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation, especially with regard to the furniture, which feels a bit outdated. A refresh in the decor and furnishings would certainly enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic of the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Pandanaran and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the center of Semarang, making it convenient to explore the city and its attractions. The breakfast offered was also a highlight, with a good variety of options that catered to different tastes. It was a great way to start the day.

The water in the pool is too cold 🥸

Facilities, bar, reception, buildings and the views. I had booked us the deluxe double bed room on 4th floor, couldnt be much better. Good parking area with security, happy staff. Always willing to give us a hand if needed, or in need of assistance. They gladly helped us with our aircondition not functioning well, and made me sick the day after we arrived, and fixed it with their engineers. So all in all, it was a nice stay with all needed.

The bathroom needs to be refreshed

Location is central, breakfast options are good, food is delicious. They offer family room which is quite convenient. They don’t use disposable water bottles, which is very good. They provide water jug instead and we can fill it up with water from the dispenser in the corridors.

There was an issue with my request for additional beds. Although confirmed in booking.com, there was one particular member of staff at the reception that was particular about trying to prevent us from having the bed without a charge. After discussion with the manager, and showing my reservation on the booking.com platform, it was waived. Same guy tried to get more money from me for breakfast, after paying for the additional breakfast, after we had realised the booking of one of two rooms didn’t include it. Be careful with choosing breakfast or not on the platform.

Swimming pool and the location were excellent for the money. The breakfast was good too.
