Pool. Breakfast. Air conditioner. Hot shower.

Bathroom door wouldn't shut.in 6a

It is in a quiet area. The staff were nice and you can ask them anything. The bike renting service is cheap.

It is VERY dirty. We had black mold in the bathroom and a cockroach (hopefully just one). We had to ask to have our room cleaned (we stayed there for 2 weeks) and they only changed the sheets, gave us new towels and cleaned the floor, nothing more.

Really liked the team. Friendly & helpful. Aunty was my favourite.

The staff here are so lovely, always greet you with a smile and happy to help with anything. The single beds in dorm are spacious and comfy. They do laundry in-house which was also really handy. Room and bathroom are basic, but honestly everything you need is there, and for such a good price you really can’t complain.

Wifi is a bit spotty in rooms.

The staff here are incredible. Truly the nicest people I’ve met travelling. Unlimited coffees and welcome water, the pool is great and the cooked breakfast for only 15k is very good. I also had my clothes washed here in 24hrs

Very good place for excellent price and staff

Only 10 min walk from the ferry port, had a pool and we were able to hire bikes from them.

1. The island itself is wonderful 2. Hire a bicycle and everything on the island is maximum 15 minutes away from you 3. The location is 5-10 mins by bike from both sides of the island 4. I can't believe what you get for such an affordable price. It's quite, it's clean, air-conditioning and WiFi works well 5. The employees are incredibly welcoming, helpful and polite 6. Eat dinner near the harbour night street food market 7. Nightlife here is for people age 16-27 8. Hate the people who are using horses for transportation, both owners and the FAT DAMN customers 8. Come back again, like I am planning to...

Overall stay was great with Panda cottage, it’s a bit off the Main Street (10 min walk) so a little quieter which was nice. Cheap bike rental, Free water to refill your bottle, friendly staff. Only negatives I would say was upon arrival our room wasn’t ready and we had to downgrade to a small room for the night and the pool could have used a clean.. but yeah would come here again!

Great swimming pool, friendly staff and a very competitive price. On-site laundry service. Free water refills. Good price for bicycle hire. Panda Cottage is excellent value for money. A swimming pool, breakfast and kind staff, not much else you can ask for.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower, pool and tap water were all salty. Generally, it could do with a renovation.

Bathrooms could do with a little upkeep but for the price I cannot complain. Cozy little place

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. We found cigarette butts under the bed, and there was even a dead cockroach in the room. Housekeeping only cleaned the room upon request, which was highly inconvenient. The restaurant and bar were out of service, leaving us with very limited options. Additionally, the hotel seemed extremely understaffed, with just one girl handling everything, which clearly affected the overall service

On a positive note, the staff, especially the one person working, was super friendly and helpful. Also, the option to rent bikes at a good price was a nice touch. Overall, despite the friendly staff, the poor conditions made for a very unsatisfactory stay. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly. Does this cover everything you wanted to mention?
