Because of the monkey, be carefull for food and shoes, bring everything inside of the room, our shoes is completly broken because of the monkey. Unfortunatly you can heard everything from the room close to you :(

A few small things which I shared directly with the owner as feedback to improve their services, While it didn't really bother me personally, I other people may find it as a bigger issue.

Amenities: drinking water tank, hot water thermos for tea and coffee also provided. Pancakes every morning.oh and decent Wifi. All kinds of friendly animals: cats, cows and monkeys, little lizards. Note there is no hit shower, which I actually quite enjoyed in a 30C environment.

I mean for that money it is really good, you get a very basic room. Occasionally there was a little bit of a sewage smell and the water didn’t drain from the bathroom floor. But can’t complain for that money.

First day it was hot as there's only a fan but I got use to it. Don't expect luxury for the price. You might get the occasional gecko in the room. The toilet coulf be cleaner especially the lid. Its abit out of town so as a non driver it was hot to walk during the day but i found out they have a driver. Overall im satisfacted with the service. Its good value for money.

Good value for money. Can't go wrong with en suite room for less than a cup of coffee. The host and his family are helpful. Breakfast is included although I never tried it.

The room was not completely sealed but that's because of the traditional Indonesian roof which did not really bother us.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it is run by the same family who run Nadil homestay and is right next door. Very impressed by the bungalows and lots of lovely animals! The layout of the room was really nice

Loved my stay at Palm Homestay! Basic but very good accommodation, about 5 minutes out of Kuta. Excellent value for money and the staff were so helpful getting me a scooter as soon as I arrived, providing breakfast everyday, and organising transport to the airport when I needed to leave. Would 100% stay again.

For the cheap price, so far I have no complain.

The owner was so good for waiting for me and greet me upon my arrival at 9ish at night. It's near with all the place of attractions in Kuta.

Just the shower was broken, and splashing everywhere.

The double room was fairly clean. Breakfast was a lovely banana pancake and tea. Rented a motorbike from the owner was smooth. Location wasn’t too bad, slightly remote from the city center. It was calm and quiet.

The place can improve in terms of hygiene. The serviettes, cups, plates, water flask for common use were placed on a makeshift shelf, in an open area, exposed to dirt, birds droppings, and insects.

The price is cheap for a private room with attached bathroom.

Full of monkeys during the morning you can't take your breakfast outside cause they will get close to you, and they are agressive

And as an only minor downside is the thin walls, but it’s not really bothersome and is easily outweighed by all the positives. Also keep in mind — the location is a bit remote, so you’ll definitely need a scooter.

Just a great place.
For this price, you get a quite decent room with a cozy veranda, good internet, a light breakfast — and some friendly guest cats included. Honestly, the few days I spent here were very comfortable and enjoyable. It’s truly a great homestay, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

Really wonderful homestay. Clean comfortable beds and a lovely porch area. Just to note there’s no hot water in the shower but didn’t really bother us with the heat outside. We rented a scooter from them as well and it’s then just a short drive to the main area. Breakfast was really yummy and hot water for teas/coffees was a nice touch. Also the kittens were so cute!

I had a really good stay. I was looking for something comfortable and private which was very affordable and I found that palm homestay was the perfect match. The route to palm is a bit tricky but when you arrive you have some very lovely friendly and helpful hosts.
