Unfortunately the last day my bed was infested with ants, they bitten me and I did a terrible allergic reaction and I was not able to sleep next night even the owner gave me another room. Also there is a very strong chemical product smell in the rooms.

I spent here one week and really enjoyed it. I had a nice, spacious room. The room was clean, the location is convenient too, the owner is nice.

No towels, very small, little privacy, especially on the small terrace, but is a home stay, so not unusual. Had not realized it has no AC, which is quite tough in this climate. But the booking description is correct mentioning only a ceiling fan.

Location was very central and quiet but still near Ubud Palace.

Great value, the small rooms are comfy and to be honest perfect size. I've also stayed in the big rooms, only necessary if you like a lot of space or need AC, personally the small rooms are fine for me without it. Very quiet as away from the busy roads, but super convenient location. Small kitchen too if you need it.

The room had no net infront of the curtains, so if you want privacy, you have to keep the curtains closed throughout the day making it a bit dark and dull. Other than this, no complaints about the place. It is very well maintained.

Location was ideal! Quiet and friendly family. Wifi worked well. Hot water flask outside my room every morning. The room looked exactly like it did in the pics, super clean and big enough for two people with big bags. Loads of nearby cafes and places to go, close enough to the main road. You can make use of the kitchen.

Hard to find the first time although the sign is there.I still missed it.

Staff was nice, You can use the kitchen. Family environment- Easy to walk to the all the shopping and food. Coffee sugar provided. Good price. Ducked off and low-key

1) There were a lot of insects (especially ants) in my room and I was stressed out because of this. My friends in other rooms had no problems with ants, so if you can choose, don't stay in room #1. 2) The fan didn't work well and it was stuffy. And again it was only in room #1. 3) Sometimes the internet connection was not good (but still it was enough for video calls).

The parking space was quite small and difficult to go in and out of.

The room was very clean and so comfortable. Although the rooms are located in the family compound, it was so quiet and calm.

The room was a little small.

It is a very familiar environment, with little noise and very clean. The attention was excellent, and every day they placed a thermos with hot water, ground coffee and tea on the balcony in the room. The balcony is nice with a table and two chairs. The wifi works very well and it's cool to work at the table on the balcony.

The room didn't have AC, but had a fan, so it was still comfortable.

Lovely place and people. Very good location, close to everything, but still very quiet. Hot tea and coffee every morning waiting right outside the door. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy and cool accommodations ! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the staff is really friendly and attentive. A really good place close to the main road of Ubud, calm and relaxing.

We booked for 2 days and ended up staying a whole week. The place is 5min walking to the centre. The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything was clean. Family living there is very friendly and they are very responsive. You get hot water every morning and you have available coffee and tea for free.
