There was no toilet paper when we arrived which was sorted out easily. The rooms are pretty old, which is fine when your just sleeping there.

The room was OK, pretty much what we expected for the price. View from our room on the 2nd floor was amazing. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We only stayed 2 night to catch the fast boat to Gili T. Location was great with the beach directly over the road. Breakfast was good.

Dark entrance, exterior looks nothing like the photos. Windows don't close properly lots of street noise. Just a room for 14hr stay,we just didn't feel comfortable.

All was pretty good for our stay of 1 night. Just a little reminder to bring cash with you because almost no place accept card.

Spacious room with a perfect location if you want to take the cruise to Gili, Lombok or Nusa the next morning after arriving. The views from the balcony aren’t the best, but still being good.

Rooms are lacking a couple basic amenities - eg a glass in the room for drinking and no drinking water is provided by the place at all. The room could do with a deeper cleaning, as well - noticeable if you look behind the night table to get to the electrical outlet, for example.

Book a sea view room - it's a lovely view of the harbour! Rooms are spacious and comfortable and it's a great location, the breakfast is fine and the sea view is lovely!

Location was good in the small bay of Padang Bai, close to Ferry terminal. View to beach was OK. Unfortunately a fire ruined a bit of the property and has not been repaired since. The breakfast is simple but OK.

There was a lot of traffic with boats to Gili islands in the mornings. Noisy & chaotic.

The staff were super friendly & helpful. & the breakfast was great. They arranged my boat ticket to Gili Air & kept my luggage for me until I got back.

I love this little place and have stayed many times , it is very basic & nothing fancy but covers all your needs for a night or 2 I love the view of the bay and watching this busy port , I stay a night or 2 before going to Gilli , it is facing the beach 2 min to the port and cafe’s

The bathroom was okay, but it would be nice to do renovation there.

It was easy to reach from the harbor, around 10 min walk. We came late at night and were nicely welcomed by kind old lady! Good place for a one night stay, simple breakfast included, was pleasant.

Cleanliness of the floor: we just have to wipe the floor a few times with the floor towel. Overall, it was OK for us; we couldn't expect too much with this type of budget inn.

Nice seaview with healing wave sound during port quiet time and short walking distance to meet our snorkeling operator.

Air con was only mildly working and the room was not overly clean. The bathroom was quite dirty and needed upgrading.

Bathroom very old and little disgusting and in general Padang bai is not a great area. The harbour is strange, would better leave from Sanur next time.
