Initially, I was surprised by the offer, but then I realized that OYO's management is based in India. I had assumed that the compensation was being offered to address the uncomfortable situation I encountered at the property. However, it seems there may have been a clerical error, where IDR was mistakenly converted to INR. Regardless, I am rejecting your offer of 96,124.2 INR (18,401,669.94 IDR) or 5.90 USD. I do not require this amount as compensation. Please keep this amount. Instead, I request that you refund the full amount I originally paid, which is 640,827 IDR, directly to my credit card. If my request is not honored, I will be left with no choice but to share my experience online. I plan to create a viral video detailing my experience at SUPER OYO 866 Idola Residence and post it on various social media platforms. This is my right as a consumer.
