I had to pay 100,000 more on my arrival when I had already paid online the price of the night + taxes. Nothing is in accordance with the photos, very dirty with many insects walking around the room. To flee !

Really bad experience. Somehow I must have not read the reviews and comments because they were all spot on.. the images are NOT at all what it looks like, maybe 20 years ago but now it looks like an abandoned trap house. We got here and no one was at reception so I had to go into the back room get someone attention. Although the staff did seem nice enough then we were told that we have to pay again? I told them I paid online and they said they don’t have a room for that price so I would need to pay more if we wanted to stay. He then showed me a paper with the contact info for booking so clearly they are aware of this issue and have done nothing to fix it. I don’t understand why you would be on any online booking platforms to begin with if you won’t honor the price listed, Contact them and fix your pricing. At this point it was 12:30am and we were exhausted and just paid the extra 100,000. Then were brought to our room, nothing like the pictures. The AC doesn’t work ever well, the room was dirty, the bed didn’t even have a real blanket. Just a small like bed spread which was full of holes. The bedsheets are ripped, and don’t look like they’ve been cleaned unfortunately. There was no toilet paper or garbage can. The room stunk very very badly, of smoke or mold, probably a mix of both. If it was not so late at night, and if we didn’t have so much stuff we would have found another location immediately. Very early mornings there was A LOT of construction noise so we could not sleep. From looking at the other reviews this is a common issue. It annoys me how the hotel has been replying to guests reviews saying they are sorry and they value feedback and are working to fix it, but those comments go back to 2022 and clearly NOTHING has been changed to make the guest experience any better. Do better or take yourself off popular booking websites.

Hotel did not let us check-in as they demanded double the money for non AC room so we have to cancel our booking and have to book at midnight somewhere else and have paid triple the money to get the AC room booking. We are still waiting for the refund for the booking with no luck. Hotel is shit and pictures are fake. In short if you want to throw your money, then book this hotel.

I didn't like that my booking had been confirmed only to arrive and be told that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay extra money. The hotel alleged that the room I booked was no longer available and that I could have a more expensive room. No customer service, no available room even if I booked it. Pay the double amount to get any available room without anything at all. I reached to the property very late at around 10-11 PM which I already mentioned in my booking, when I reach there they said they can not give me room at this price as I had so much luggage so I didn’t had any choice to adhere to whatever they were saying, so I paid double money to get any available room, and then the room was pathetic, absolutely filthy and smelly so immediately started looking for any other available hotel nearby, and transferred myself out at 2AM in the night, they were not bothered help me or give any refund. I am attaching the receipt of other hotel I had to move to.

We knew it would be basic and probably not the cleanest but you expect that for the price you’re paying. However, we specifically booked this hotel for the air con, when you get there, they put you in a separate hotel on the premises and it’s not OYO. Looks nothing like the photos, doesn’t have air con and doesn’t have TV. Full of ants and mould - again you pay for what you get. However they point blank refused to give us a room with air con and said they have staff to pay so it’s too expensive to put us in a room with aircon (even though we already paid). Also the pool photo is a fake one, nothing like the picture. Again not bothered about that, but it’s the principle. Wifi only works in reception but not in the rooms. Rooms were boiling hot and difficult to sleep.

It was a trap basically. They put up a cheap price to fool you in then. When you arrive, they gave you a room with zeros: no aircon (even tho they listed the room with aircon), no towel, no toilet paper, no power source (you can’t even charge your phone), no internet (hahaha)… bonus: dirty linen, smelly pillows, old rusty window about to fall off anytime, old broken fridge and mosquitos!!! Nothing except an old, dirty room. No one can possibly stay in!! They don’t have cancellation options, it means when you book, you’re trapped. The most doggy place Ive ever been, luckily I only need to stay there for 2 hours and kinda know to bring toilet paper myself cause I read the reviews before I arrive. The hotel charged me 40 000 IDR more for a room with aircon, even though the air conditioner was in the room description and in the pictures. The room was completely different from the one on Booking.com page, there was a cigarette smell in the room, it was incredibly dirty, the window was broken and couldn't be closed, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom was disgusting. But the WORST thing that happened, was when I took a pillow, 2 huge COCKROACHES were released from it and started running on the bed. Terrible place, how is it even allowed on Booking.com
