    Great value for money, central location. Bedroom was clean and had aircon.

    The bathroom was quite run down and separate to the bedroom.

    Good location pool was great for cooling down little store inside was very handy with good prices

    I requested to be picked up on arrival with all my details this didn’t happen 🤬 the dogs barking at night so very little sleep wifi didn’t work for some time of my stay which was also something I needed to keep in contact with people this wasn’t good one young male staff member maybe new asked me if I kept cash in my room so this also wasn’t great

    The location was good and close to the beach and shops and restaurants

    The room we stayed in leaked water so badly that all of my personal belongings got wet including my passport and my iPhone along with other important paperwork, All were completely ruined and I have had to replace all of the above at a cost of many thousand dollars. When I complained to the staff about the problem they were completely unhelpful and rude. They laughed at my wife and I and thought it was not a problem and not worth worrying about saying they didn't know the room leaked. I would recommend that nobody ever stay at this hotel EVER. It's a complete dump and the staff and the owner, and older lady who lives on the property is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I have never been so upset or humiliated and angry in my life by the way we were treated. The booking was through bookings.com who provide insurance against this sort of thing but these people wouldn't not claim. I have no passport and no phone in a foriegn country due to a room that. is not inhabitable

    No cleaning at all. Stayed for a week literally they haven’t done housekeeping even once. If you ask them to change the dirty bed linen they have excause: all the stuff gone for cleaning they don’t have stock at the moment.

    The quiet, the coffee shop in front and it’s walking distance from the beach.

    There are lots of ants in the bedroom floor. There’s no table to work inside the room. There’s no kettle to heat water for coffee. Was not informed that room cleaning is only 2x max regardless how long you will be staying in the property ( for me I stayed for 19 days).

    The location was ok

    The room had a very bad smell the entire time we were there. The bathroom was very dirty with mold everywhere. We had to leave the property at midnight on our final night and find new accommodation as there was multiple cockroaches in the bed. To top it off the leak that had been slowly growing in our room ( even though we alerted the staff to it. Who did nothing) meant as we were leaving I slipped on the floor and hurt my foot. Overall I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay a night in that place!

    My flight was delayed by 5 hrs meaning that I arrived T the lodgings around 3.30 am.. there were no checkin staff to meet me even though I kept them informed of my delayed flight.. furthermore, I waited at the reception desk for a further 5 hrs as there was nowhere else to go .. I eventually checked into my room just after 9.30 am for the purpose of taking a shower and rest.. there were no toiletries or towels so it is my take on this event that you get what you pay.. sad!

    Stay away from this place. it's dirty, and it's almost abandoned like. When I arrived very late at night wanting to have a good sleep, the toilet was completely dirty, no toilet paper available, no towels, and no water coming out of the sink. They offered me to change me to an even worse room.

    Absolutely nothing! Please keep away from this property at all costs!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely everything!!! we had to stay at this property just for a few hours after our early morning arrival. We couldn’t find the place. When we did we opened our way into the property no one was there to check us in for over an hour as the receptionist/young gentleman was sleeping, despite calling messaging texting. It was unsafe. Finally he came tells me we didnt have a booking. He spoke no English. So every sentence was typed on translator. Despite a paid confirmation for a decent room that I had few weeks prior. He was unhappy to be woken up so wanted a service fee of 55$ more to check my family in. It was not until I got assertive and demanded to speak to the manager that he quickly checked us in and gave us a very very very run down room. Dirty filthy messy it was honestly the worst decision I made for the few hours! In the morning I requested for check out at 1pm despite their usual 12noon due to the circumstances of the morning. He tells me on translator that’s not allowed I need to sign a form??! Honestly no sense of customer service. Anyway there will never be a next time for my family I will pay more and ensure we are looked after and feel safe. My kids were pretty distraught with this experience. No apology whatsoever from them.

    The staff member was friendly, but hard to find when needed as the property is a maze of construction.

    Property was hard to access in vehicle- you have to walk the final distance which is fine as long as you have a backpack. The room itself was unclean (hair and dirt all over the floor, soiled mat by the bathroom) and had a really strong, unpleasant odour. The bathroom had just been hosed down so everything was wet and no soap or toilet paper provided. There also wasn’t a bin in the bathroom for toilet tissue, and the bin at the front door was overflowing. The bench out the front has dirty ashtrays on it. I chose not to stay here due to the below standard hygiene level.

    I arrived at 3:45pm, the room wasn't ready. I waited 40mn to have it, dirty, hair on the floor, On the bathroom, used tissues on the floor, wet and dirt linen. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the bathroom was dirty, no sink to brush teeth, or just wash hands... When I asked 'where I could brush my teeth?' the staff showed me the toilet, seriously. I asked for another room, and I waited again for 45mn. Nobody spoke English, we had to use the translator on the phone. I was upset, I asked to be refund and to cancel, but impossible. I asked to speak with manager, the staff tried to call him, nobody answer. I tried the 'emergency number '. Nobody answer. I sent a cancel request at booking and at the owner, I explained the situation and I asked to be refund, I never had any answer. I wasted my time, and money. I didn't sleep in this 'hotel' and I never got a refund. If I could put 0/10, I would have done it.
