The facilities were not in a good shape but all works, there was a bad smell in room and very noisy because of the toilets in upper floor. There was no soap or tissue in room. Simple and empty

It was the cheapest I found but it was clean enough to sleep.

The room was not it, there where roaches, it smelled weird, no toilet paper. It felt weird, thank god we only stayed there for a night because our flight was delayed. Nothing like the pictures

It’s not Redoorz at all maybe they existed in the demolished building nearby and this property was a staff residence by the look. No supply of toiletries not even toilet paper not even for sale. No towel supplied or for a charge. In your ad you said they only accept cards payment but not the case

It was down a dirty back lane the place looked so bad we booked another place to stay straight away and left within ten minutes of arrival would definitely not recommend. Felt very unsafe

Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/10) We booked this place through Booking.com for 120,000 IDR. When we arrived, the receptionist told us he didn’t care about the Booking price — the minimum rate was 150,000 IDR, and we had to pay that to check in. The next day, we asked to extend the stay. He said the new price was 200,000 IDR or we should rebook through Booking again. This is completely unprofessional. The receptionist was rude, greedy, and absolutely not customer-oriented. We felt unwelcome and mistreated. We packed our things and moved to another hotel — surrounded by greenery, with a pool, better service, and even cheaper. This place gets 2 out of 10 — only for the price-to-value ratio. Everything else was ruined by the behavior and attitude of the administrator.

Yes, for this money it is a good option for living.

The room was very old and could deserve some renovation. The bathroom was clean but the other room was unfortunately not as taken care of. Aircon was also not working (the remote seems like it was not connecting to the unit). If you are looking for a cheap room after or before your flight just for one night, I can recommend it. But I would not recommend it for any stay longer than one night.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It is convenient as it is very close to the airport. Nice food street nearby.

Attitude by arrival, it was raining like dogs and cats and the staff did not allow us to enter the room, to pay later (4 nights booking), my hudband had to go urgently in to the atm in higly shower. The floor was dirty, toilet is almost not funkcional. Very poor. You do not get a towel. We went to Pepito amd buy one and also left there for next customer. The main reason we booked the room is our luggage, plenty bags and box and we wanted to hang around by scooter without it. We slept just one night- it was loud by children even during 11pm- 1am. And the light from outside did not allow as sleep well.

1- The bathroom was dirty, had a bad smell lot of mosquitoes, and low pressure of the water . And when I asked them to clean they told me it was clean so I decided to do it myself. And asked them to give me what they use for cleaning. They gave me the broom, the mop, and the wc brush, and that's all. They didn't have any soap or detergent. I had to go to the nearest shop to buy it myself . 2- There is no daily cleaning, and they said to me that the cleaning is 3 times a week . Even tho I had to ask. Otherwise, they wouldn't do it . 3- There's usually 3 guys there.I don't know their names, but of them are taller and nice .the other guy who is shorter is so rude and mean. he had a rude attitude and sounds he does when I ask to clean the room or to change the remote pills .

There were ants in our room and it was dirty/mouldy. The bathroom is badly needing renovated and had a funny smell to the point we didn’t use the shower.

Close to the airport as we stayed here for one night as a layover. Friendly staff.

Be aware of ants outside the room, put a mosquito spray at your door so they do not come in! Close your bags and spray the mosquiteo liquid on your bags! Everything will be grand! Terima kasih!

Thank you for this room! It was really one of the best I have stayed! It was spacious like a King size! Comfy bed! bathroom was really good! AIr conditining was spot on! Could not get a better place for the this price and the location is excellent, just 1.5km from airport! You can litteraly go to airport that I did! Terima kasih!
