A perfect location in Berawa. Beautiful townhouse with some amazing details. We immediately felt at home. Our stay was too short and we will definitely come back. We can highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. Very welcome reception and everything was smooth and done with love. 🙏💫

-Wish they provided slippers! -The pool was cleaned everyday but the tiles itself seemed stained and we didn't want to take the risk so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool :') but generally everything is great! These definitely didn't affect our experience and I would still highly recommend this villa for great customer service.

Location was great! Near lots of shops and cafes and awesome restaurants. Staff were so kind! Easy to reach them via WhatsApp for any issues. Customer service is exceptional- I asked them if they could fix the WiFi in my room, and when I got back there was a cute bear made from towels and flower decos with a card! Everything was also cleaned daily. Services they offered were easily accessible with just a text, they made our trip feel luxurious and pampered for 😊 highly recommend the relaxing massage- right in the comfort of the villa! The private chef meal was also an experience!

Due to location in Canggu, it can get quite noisy at times with the odd fireworks going off here and there.

Clean and modern with all sorts of appliances included, it was a very cosy stay! Location was also really good being walking distance from many F&B, and the beach clubs are relatively nearby as well. This area is also not as congested as the main Canggu area which is great.

the villa is stunning! the decor, the cleanliness, the low lights, the pool, and the facilities, all were exceptional! the staff was very helpful, Ms. Natalie was very friendly and inviting, and had good recommendations for us.

There isn't really a reception/sitting area to wait for an available staff to attend to you, but it wasn't particularly a big deal. We probably waited for about 5-10 minutes. It also happened that we arrived slightly later than another couple so the check in staff was busy with the earlier couple.

I really enjoyed my stay here! A large reason is because the design/layout of the accommodation is quite like how I'd imagine my dream home to be like. It was so comfortable here and I always looked forward to coming back for a rest. The staff were very hospitable and the location is pretty good - close to the massage places/cafes that I wanted to visit.

My partner has dietary needs, it was great to have a kitchen to accommodate his needs. I also had to work a bit in the mornings, having a separate study with great view made it easy for me to work.

They were really helpful, very honest and they made sure we were comfortable. The team took care of all details minutely and i had a very hard time as that day my brother passed away but the team were there to support us and even let go of charges of the next day and took care of all needs of my wife and her transportation and made her reach safely the next day as i had to rush to the airport a day before. I am extremely grateful to OXO and will sure come again as this trip was incomplete and will come stay at your townhouse 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The property was well maintained and clean throughout out with modern interior. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable about what tourists like. Arta & Natalia are very welcoming. We will miss them!
