How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not much we can do about the mosque. Prayer call wakes you at 5am and then the long prayer after the call. They need to add gravel, concrete or tiles on the dirt path because dirt gets everywhere I wish there was a nightstand or two. The room is literally just a bed, a fan on the wall, hangers, and the bathroom.
It's alright, you can choose between two different options for breakfast either eggs and toast or banana pancake. There are some clothes hangers outside to dry your wet clothes and windy outside which is good for drying quickly just be careful your clothes might fly away. There was a cat always coming into our room but we wouldn't let her sleep in the bed. She napped on the floor next to our luggage. You can open the windows if it's too warm in the room, plenty of wind.

The shower didn’t get hot and the sheets had a few stains on them
The room was spacious and the ac got really cold ,the snorkeling tour they offered was really good and the staff was helpful

the cleanliness of the bathrooms could do with an upgrade 😌
Great place to stay on Gili T!! the host was amazing, so accommodating and lovely. The breakfast was really good too! Location is perfect, not too far from anything and walkable distance to the ferry port which is ideal. overall great stay ☺️☺️☺️

The shower didn’t have hot water.
The homestay had a very good location. The staff who was in charge was really nice and polite. Everything was clean when we arrived.

The receptionist was very gentle and helpful. Also you can use the kitchen and make a coffee and sandwich when you want.

The mosque very close to the property that plays loud recorded audios, but it’s not the fault of anyone who maintains or owns the place
The location and the staff is why I decided to stay there for one more day.

Very close to the Mosque so you will wake up at night with the prayers. But I knew that in advance so I was OK with it. If you don't enjoy mass-tourist kinda location, you could consider staying further from the wharf, the other side of the island.
Very decent for the price, good location, good intentions fromguys that run the place. It's very simple but totally gets the job done if you are on a budget. Being able to rent a bicycle and pay the snorkeling trip at the accommodation was a plus.

If you are a light sleeper the mosque nearby might wake you up but this wasn’t an issue all the time
location was really convenient, a little bit away from the clubs so no music noise issues but not too far away so you have to walk for a long time, you can do laundry, rent bikes and get good advice about tours on site. The owners are really friendly and have good English so communication isn’t an issue. breakfast is also very yummy.

The position is good, very close to the Harbour and also good for go around the island. The staff was very nice and helpful to us. Room very basic, good aircon, bathroom not very clean. Also free breakfast in the morning.

Be aware it is close to the mosque
Breakfast and host were great. We paid a little extra for air con which was worth it. This is not a five star hotel but perfect for backpackers as ourselves. Mr ebet helped us with anything we needed and became a friend.

The kitchen was very dirty with cigarette butts in the sink. No soap in the bathroom or bin in the room.
Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Cheaper bike rental and snorkeling tours than we saw anywhere else. Good size room with access to kitchen. Good location, easy walking to shops and the beach. Breakfast was really tasty. Laundry arranged for us.

The service of the host was awesome. He was attentive and made sure he give us advice on local places for foood and where to see the best sea animals for diving.
