The husband and wife couple that run the place and lovely and helpfull. They provided a lovely simple breakfast with fruit and a very tasty coffee to get you up in the morning , it is lovely they serve it out on your balcony to enjoy. The room is spacious and clean and has a lovely big bed. They clean the room every day unless you ask them not to. Note however, there is no tv, kettle or a fridge. But if you are out exploring all day it’s not an issues and a good way to disconnect. Also a few shops very close to grab water as it’s also not provided. Location is fantastic and only about 10 min walk to Ubud palace. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I next visit Ubud.

A fridge and a kettle in the room would be great (kettle was provided by our request though). The bathroom was damp and smelled a bit. There was only one towel per person, I missed a hand towel.

Very hospitable hosts, always ready to help. Good location. It is located close to the main attractions of Ubud and restaurants, but not on the main street, which makes it quite quiet. I would say it's a perfect location. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Good price, they even accept cards. Fast and stable wifi.

Everything perfect

I stayed for one week and I felt highly comfortable and welcome. The rooms are big and beautiful with a nice balcony/terrace and the wifi was strong, good for my video calls for work.

Ther is humidity on the walls, which can't be seen in the photos. The bathrooms could use better cleaning. Also, there is an ongoing construction work at the moment that starts at 8 AM, so plan your sleep hours accordingly, as it's difficult to sleep past 8 AM.

The hosts are kind and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the wifi worked well. The location is good, and the place is really quiet at night.

I was really pleased with my room, I found it very comfortable and quiet, and I loved my terrace in the upper floor. The location is great, a bit hidden off the road hence quiet, but you can walk to many of the spots in central Ubud (10 min to 40 min depending on where you wish to go). Ubud was not my favourite place in Bali but if I ever have to come back, I'll choose this homestay again. Great value for money.

The service was wonderful, with a very good and complete breakfast, the place was quiet and you didn't hear cars or anything around. We had a problem with a money exchange office and the man (Owner of Omank Agus)came with us to act as an intermediary between our English and the other man's Balinese and ended up giving us the money he had for us. He helped us and was also very, very kind. The room was large and very comfortable, with a small one where we had breakfast every day, they also cleaned the room every day and changed our towels after 2 days.

A lovely little homestay—very clean and secure. The owner was friendly and always smiling. It’s centrally located, about a 15-minute walk to town, making it a convenient spot for exploring Ubud. We would definitely consider staying again when passing through. While some previous reviews mentioned construction noise, they are building another villa in the complex, but it seems nearly complete. The workers were always cheerful and didn’t disturb us, as we were out during the day. This wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

Can’t say there was anything.

Very nice homestay. I stayed in a lot in my trip in Bali, and this is one of the better ones. You can see how everything is made and chosen with care. The bed was very comfortable, the view was great and the room felt very cosy.

Nothing, it was perfect!

We had the best time in Bali, we ended up extending our stay since we liked it so much! The owner welcomed us into his family and answered all of our questions. The breakfast became my favorite part of the day - it was delicious and the view on the balcony is lovely. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. Thanks for everything!
