It was our first trip to Bali, we stayed 6 nights and we would love to go back and stay here again. The property and views were absolutely stunning, and the staff were amazing. Our only regret was that was that we hadn't booked for longer. If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with friends or family then this is it.

Everything was perfect. My mother and I stayed for two nights and unfortunately on the last day when we were checking out, she was very sick and needed medical attention and ended up in hospital for a few days. The staff were very supportive, helpful, and understanding and I could not fault them. I wish we could have stayed longer and under better circumstances, but our time there was very relaxing and we hope to be back.

The location was very nice but the approach to the villa is not so good. Also, nothing is close to the villa, you have to get all that you require before you retire to the villa. The good thing about the villa is the waterfront...Its beautiful and serene.

Really speaking, nothing. If I have to nit pick, probably the fittings in the bathroom can be improved - this is obviously miniscule though.

The location, picturesque views, staff et al. Thus is a place I would recommend to travellers.

However, we encountered a significant issue that I want to highlight for future guests: when booking, it says 'entire villa,' but immediately after booking, they asked us to pay more money for the 4th room. This is against booking.com rules, and I spent the whole day resolving the issue. Additionally, the staff at the villa is super nice, but they provide no privacy at all. It feels like they are watching you all the time and just sitting there. They also tried to force us to check out earlier, which was odd to receive this message during breakfast. According to booking.com rules, we had the right to stay until 12 PM. However, they had already started cleaning the villa around 10:00 AM while we were still there, which was super awkward. In summary, the place is truly beautiful, BUT there were a lot of confusing moments.

Nothing. Literally, nothing could have been better!

If I could rate this place a 15 out of 10, I would; it is unbelievable! I recently made a trip to Bali with my soon to be wife and her sister, and we stayed at over 6 different places, and this was by far the nicest place. It's absolutely HUGE, very clean, has all the luxury amenities, and the staff members were super friendly and nice. They also respected our privacy but were there for us when we needed. Unfortunately, because of my flight schedule, we only got to stay one night (barley 13 hours total) at the place. It was so amazing, however, that I am making it a point to make sure that this where I am going to stay should I ever come back to Bali! I would rate this a 15/10 if I could!!!!!! =)

Staff were nice but they won’t give you privacy Our check out time was 11AM but they came at 6 as we have asked to serve breakfast at 7 but after serving breakfast they should have left us alone but they didn’t. They were asking us again and again to clean rooms even after telling them we are using room please come after we checked out but they didn’t listen to us and asked several time and start cleaning the room in our time. And while cleaning when we wanted to access the room they were standing on our head and said not to use bed again while I wanted to relax. They should not disturb the guest for cleaning when they can do it after the guest check out.

We had to pay another $200 AUD (2,000,000 IDR) when we arrived at the villa to have the 3rd bedroom opened up, as we wanted our own bedroom for the stay. (3 guests). One of the bedrooms upstairs lost water in the shower completely during the stay.

The villa had a sensational outlook overlooking the ocean. The rooms were large and comfortable.

Accessibility is a bit difficult. Located in interiors, away from the main town. Had to wait longer for the taxi though I had scheduled it a day prior. Toilet and shower doors need opaque coating.

Excellent Beach Front location. Comfortable stay. Nice cheerful staff. Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, treadmill, massager makes the stay luxurious. Kayak boats are also available in case someone is interested.

No nearby shops or restaurant, you cannot have lunch or diner at the property, and the Grab food options are very limited, so be prepared with groceries if you plan to stay at the villa. You have a fridge with refreshments in the kitchen from where you can buy juice or beer at very decent prices. The black iron frames at the doors are indeed rusty and should be managed carefully, I understood that the owners changed frequently in the past.

The house is absolutely huge, each room is the size of an appartment and the living room and kitchen are very spacious, very nicely decorated and there are even some fish at the property entrance (nice if you have kids). One day we got a visit from a monkey on the balcony 🐒, we could spot them in a tree at a nearby property. The pool is the best, I woke up each day to watch the sunrise from the pool while having my coffee, amazing! The staff came in the morning to prepare our breakfast and served it outdoor, by the pool. It was not the best we had in Bali, there is room for improvement, but it worked for us. You can walk to the beach (5-10 minutes), it is quite small and private, with low/high tide during the day. You can have massage in the room and it is really good, I suggest to try it!

Far to the shops- But it is obvious if you book the villa with such a view in the villa complex, and you can easliy book a grab or order food. For Bali standards it was very clean, but we could find a little dust here and there. I didn't mind corroded metal elements in the shower.

Beautiful design, stunning views! Villa is even more beautiful then on the pictures.Very comfortable and luxorus. Spacious rooms, with shower and hot tub. One bedrom is connecting to the smallest bedroom. Infinity pool was amzing, big, but partially in the shade, so the water has no chance to be fully warmed up by the sun during the day. There are 9 villas in the complex with the security. Very safe place. This is true that swimming pool is near the street, but this is the internal road to the other 4 villas. Delicious breakfast prepared by the butler and staff, whatever you wish- fresh fruits, omlets, becon, pancakes.. Own koi pond at the entrance. Honestly, what's not to like!

There is a lot of dust and my villa number 5 wasn’t have any privacy, any one can see the pool and the bedroom, also the worker there came with out knocking doors. The breakfast is expensive and low quality.

It’s big and has a nice design and decoration.
